You sign in, you play and no cd is required, and you can use as many computers as you would like to play from. Heck I play my games on several different computers depending on what I have going on, ie rendering/compiling tasks, on the road... and toating a cd around is painfull. In addition physical media is on its way out to distribute content.
So anyhow the iTunes songs are encoded in lower bit rate then what most of us would rip them at... so converting to different formats, burning to cd and ripping them again won't matter for the most part. Also i have my bet on apple if their main format chages that they will have a tool... built in iTunes to convert all of your audio to that format keeping the protection, so what ever.
Alls i want to do is post a PDF as my resume, so it looks the way i want it to look. Almost every big name site out there only accepts.doc (Word Documents)give me a break ! To make it even better why not search with in resumes in.pdf format !

From their pictures it looks like they are running to the cards first so... i would assume thats the way they set it up.

OS X won't be released for any pc because the quality control and support needed to have it run on all of the systems is huge. Apple does a great job providing tech support for its hardware / software and this is how they will acomplish this for the new generation macs.

On Friday he called me into his office and reamed me out for not implementing his ideas right then, and wondering why i tell him ideas he has may take some time to implement. He then went on to slander me personally and then lie to me about how much money was used for the project budget, when I personally know how much money was spent.
I am very level headed about my programing and give precise times on when goals can be meet, but goals are changing ever 15 minutes with his ideas so estimations are harder and harder by the day.
His reaming continued on about how I can implement some ideas in 5 minutes and others in weeks.
How should I go about dealing with this problem, I need a way to express my discontent with his yelling at me with the expression that things take time, his ideas aren't always the best or logical and that because i can solve a problem in 5 minutes one time that a week for another is the right way.
PS my code structure, commenting and general design has suffered greatly because of his "ideas" / pestering and lack of mile stones.
PPS im applying for new positions, how should I go about telling new business why I am leaving or why I will not use him as a reference ?

Most pre-order copies of OS X (10.4 Tiger) have already been shipped. If they are recalled in transit this will cause thousands of dollars in damages that Apple can file a counter suit for.
I purchase tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment for the company I work for though TigerDirect and they will not be seeing my buisness anymore.

You don't charge for a security application you do it like Apple Does it. Improve your product, come out with a new version every other year and say we don't support the older version and give free updates to the newest version.

Alot of people will tell you to go with hardware as you have seen in this post, and some say stay with software. Basicly i would go with a mix this provides the best solution you can write across multiple drives and provide fool proof backup giving you the best of both worlds.
If you do go with something along these lines i would definatly upgrade your CPU to at least 1 Ghz and 512 if not a 1GB of ram. Doing this would make a nice fileserver and you could even host a web/ftp server if you wanted access to your files off site.
I will not debate this here, you know whats right... most civil debaters have both OS's so... Windows 64 and Tiger... along with linux... we all win i am just glad to hear that Intel finally learned the MHz GHz wasn't the way to go !!!

This is great news, I have been tracking all of our Google Ad Click-Throughs for months now.
Personaly i have seen hundreds if not thousands of tracking erros
