    Even states that use their population to commit ethnic cleansing? Or can you explain how moving you civilian population into occupied territories is somehow countering terrorism? (and yes moving your own civilians into occupied territory does violate the geneva convention)

    It's not orbiting Pluto, but instead a point between itself and Pluto. If the mass of Pluto was higher, so that their common center of gravity was inside pluto, then Chauron whould indeed be a moon.

    Not to use SWAT as an example: Has their training simulations caused them to assault random buildings around the country? NO. The assault simulations did not make them more "assaulty". Broken into any cockpits lately? Didn't think so.

    So you post, allthough long and well written, simply answers the wrong question.
