A quick Google search will quickly point out that Earl Grey is generally drunk without milk. I think its also uneccessary to add lemon, as Earl Grey already has a citrus tang from the bergamot oils.
For a biologist you don't seem to know much about stem cells. Last time I looked in a tissue culture flask you couldn't differentiate HEK293's into anything other than cancerous kidney cells which is what they are... The point of a stem cell is that it can differentiate into other cell types.

"Vinyl sales are also on the increase, thanks to exposure in films like High Fidelity and their popularity with dance music fans. Both single and album sales have increased in the past year. The vinyl market is now estimated to be worth £28.1m after growing 17 per cent."
Not to nitpick - but check the Mirriam Webster definition of patently and you will find that it is perfectly correctly used in this manner to mean 'obvious' or 'evident'. I've always used patently and blatently completely interchangably - because it is possible to do so, not because they sound alike..

PerlMonks is a fantastic way of showing how an online community can run. It makes/. look like a war zone. By turns it is funny, helpful, the XP system keeps people interested in posting and it allows everyone a degree of metamoderation past a certain XP level.
Now its been mentioned on/. that quite little backwater of perl lovers is in danger;)

you know the sysadmin for Yahoo? He must be a pretty busy guy.. I wouldn't want to manage all that by myself ;)

We use VMware for legacy stuff - any hints as to how the two compare? If it's easier to install/deploy then I might migrate..
I wouldn't miss the URLS - they have a nasty habit of dating - I'd much rather google for keywords. Maybe thats me.
