The judge isn't the one reversing his order. It would be a court of appeals doing that.

He makes millions every few hours on dividends, does he? Here is a clue: dividends have to be declared, record what stockholders get them, and THEN they are distributed. You might want to do your homework before you start shooting your mouth off.

  8. No soup for you, little man... lame excuse on Raisethefist.com Raided · · Score: -1

Contrary to what this guy has to say, he was most likely arrested for his actions.

In the interview, Austin acknowledged that he vandalized the Web sites and that he knew it was illegal to do so. But he defended the act by saying it was necessary to get his message out.

That is one of the lamests excuses I have ever heard. If he wanted to get his message out, then:

    A) Soapbox
    B) Flyers
    C) Editorial in the paper maybe?
And if he is so about cracking other people's websites, maybe he should have cracked 2600's site.

I don't mind the guy writing about whatever he was writing about. Hell, even I read the Anarchists Cookbook from time to time for entertainment, but the day he started enactment (the attacks on the DoD servers) is the day I started having a problem with him. The only time I would use violence against the government is if they were totally disregarding the constitution (Freedom of speech violations most notibly, which is NOT what this guy was arrested for). Yes, I have my qualms with the government (I even have a dash of conspiracy theorist in me), but I will not go f*cking up other peoples site because I'm pissed.
