I clicked on your links (shocking, I know) and snopes confirms the topless woman in The Rescuers, but the "accidental dick" is listed as false, as well as the "squash banana" sound clip. As for the "SFX" in the Lion King, it is undetermined, but really it is extremely hard to notice and who really gives a damn if it says sex? Sex can also mean gender, or they could have really been trying to put SFX in there, OR they may have wanted to write "Sex" in some dust. I am just leaning towards this post being a troll.
Perhaps he is talking about Duck Tape brand Duct Tape?

The Blues for LEDs

Like the guy says, having a bright blue LED power-on indicator on your monitor is incredibly annoying, especially since it's so obvious when the monitor is powered off.
I think the power indicator LED is there for troubleshooting reasons. Most monitors with them have a button which has no difference from on or off. When you push the button, the LED comes on instantaneously, notifying you that your button pushing had an effect and the monitor is working. Without that LED people may push the button more than once, possibly turning the monitor back off, or they may think the computer is locked up since they should be seeing an image. I can't say that I've ever been bothered by my monitor's LED but perhaps mine is not as bright as yours?
The author of that article seems to think that since HE has lost interest in the new video games, the whole market will crash. I'm willing to be he doesn't like playing Dance Dance Revolution, so I'm sure it will be a failure. He mentions in the article that advances in technology are the only reason for selling games and this is why your old systems are played any more. Old systems had dated technology that new machines can do better. Look at the emulation scene, tons of old games are being played all the time. He SPECIFICALLY mentions someone was playing Burger Time on their phone yet continues to state that "the video game market is going to crash." He must not think handhelds are part of the "video game market."
The Simpsons were always animated/colored in Korea. This isn't new. They specifically mention some of the problems they had in the commentaries on the DVDs for season 1. The christmas episode (the first one aired) wasn't supposed to be the first episode but there were too many animation problems with the intended first ep.

Does Physics provide an answer why pieces of Krypton can harm Superman yet pieces of Earth do not harm Earthlings?
Kryptonite affected all people on Krypton so they were, in a sense, just like earthlings. They did not have super powers because the kryptonite kept them normal.
Clark Kent is also an illegal alien having not been born on Earth, and obviously any papers saying so must have been forged or are false.
Ma Kent claimed him as her child, and since they lived in the country, were never questioned about it. So all records would be based on good faith
Just how many powers does Superman have anyway?
He didn't have an instruction manual in the pod. No one on Krypton had any super powers because of the kryptonite, so he doesn't know what he can do and sometimes discovers latent powers.
With muscles that powerful, he should weigh a ton or more. People would be able to notice this as he walks on weak surfaces like wood floors.
He can fly, remember? He just cancels out all but about 190-200lbs.
The answer to all the other questions are this: He's Superman
It was my understanding that you could conduct the experiment as long as you told them AFTERWARDS exactly what the experiment was about. Although I have been wrong before.
It seems like a good option for the (pre)consumers would be to leave the forums open to the public but require a registered paying account to post messages. This should help get rid of unwarranted claims made by idiots while still letting the public see what the players think.
Or maybe they just don't want the public to know about the inner workings of the game until after they get some money.
It wasn't an update that let iTunes play OGG files. Please mod the parent down so that people who have not read all/any of the comments in the other thread do not get confused.
You have a point, albeit a small one.:) It doesn't really matter if it has formed now or what, what does matter is that the light is finally reaching us, therefor showing us it is being formed. We can continue to watch this stream of light and see it being formed as well as learning how it formed EVEN THOUGH (as you said) it has probably already been formed. It's not like we were planning to send out a probe to watch it develop.
I'm wrong, but I still don't mean an Astrovan:) Just did a little bit of googling and apparently they only make conversions. I remember one in my neighborhood that was a Chevy but apparently they can convert any van into a STARCRAFT! woo.
I'd just recommend setting the speed of the marquee the same on all of the computers. This way it would give sort of an illusion that they are all scrolling one big marquee. If you wanted to simulate that it is going all the way around the room or something, just make a long ass delay before it scrolls across the screen again. Hell it isn't perfect but it could, kinda, work:)
I have a GyroPoint Pro sitting right here. It's a wireless as well as deskless mouse. Also it's from the same company, Gyration. Only thing that makes this one differ is when I searched for the date... 1995.
He doesnt want to know of games that let you spread the game out over multiple monitors, he wants to know of games that have special FEATURES that use 2 monitors. Such as in the C&C game he mentioned that you can view your base on one monitor, yet the other monitor can be viewing some other place. This opposed to just having a huge view of one location.
I too am for this ruling, but I would just like to add that I was forced to state the pledge and recite the national anthem every morning at school (in Louisiana). As a kid I never thought anything about the pledge; it was just words. I couldn't have cared less what the hell I was saying and I'm willing to bet most other kids felt/feel the same way. Just because you say something doesnt mean you understand what you're saying.

If I remember correctly, Chevrolet made a van called Starcraft in the late 80s/early 90s. :)
Last I checked, IE was free.

I saw a program on TLC not too long back that showed these people making crop circle with time lapse photography. They are man-made
I thought it was bad enough that insects try to eat your food if you leave it out on the counter, now they're going to eat the containers too.

For those of you that don't feel like reading the entire episode in search for their obscure reference.

The P2Ps could start using disclaimers like:

I remember seeing these back in the day on BBSes and have noted a few on FTP sites now and then, as to if they actually work, I have no idea.
