I pay my $20(CAN) per month for the phone to get unlimited local use. Why is the net not like this? I just dont understand how it can be so expensive when the phone is the exact same thing!!

As stated above, its been done and for a LOT cheaper. Yes I read the information and its a little different, but not really... Most modern advanced radio controlled heli's (just like this one) are simple enough to fly with some practice and are all computer controlled already. I can make my helicopter do a loop and a roll without me doing anything but flicking a switch. Its very simple with the computer radios and some simple commands input into the radio. Yes, its stable and I have used my heli to take pictures too. Total cost to me so far ~$2500.

Actually, whats stopping them from releasing a version that runs on both Windows and Linux? They would only have to create the IDE for Linux as they have the Windows one done and working... come to think of it, Kylix has the same interface, I wonder if they are just using that and just interfacing it for C/C++ ?? On another note, the GUI controls (VCL) are created in Delphi under the windows version of BCB so I guess they could use the Kylix versions for the Linux BCB.... All they need is a compiler for linux and they have everything else done!

I have played both DOD and I now own RTCW and I much prefer RTCW. RTCW is not living off the name alone and in reality has very little to do with the original game (iD's original that is). The multiplayer aspect is only half the game experience as the single player game is very good and will draw you in and make you stay up later than normal playing it. As for the multiplayer... it rocks! Its very different from DOD and should be looked upon as such. It offers some serious team based play and a few different game modes that make each map play a little different. Its much faster paced than DOD but doesnt lose its strategy elements and in fact makes things feel more harried (sp?). It runs very well on my system and now that the single player binaries are out I can stop booting into Windows to play that part of it.

You should do what many Canadian stores do when it comes to US dollars, we put up a sign that states the exchange rate. This exchange rate is generally fixed to something close to the real exchange rate but does not change very often unless a drastic change has been made by the banks. The exchange is always in the stores favour and actually makes them a little more per transaction (usually no more than around 1 - 5 cents per dollar) So it works like this: $1US = $1.40CAN, you hand over a $1 US bill and we hand back $1.40 Canadian. But, the exchange rate might actually be $1US = $1.43CAN. This insures us a little from loss and sometimes makes a little profit due to the general laziness of tourists.
