The program allows mp3 STREAMING over itunes on windows, not mp3 DOWNLOADING
This is as bad as television shows where they often confuse uploading with downloading. To TV, everything that involves information transfer and a computer = downloading.
I'm sure this is just pissing in the wind but to help stop this, when services are created that can be advertized over, usage agreements must contain terms to prevent this abuse. Such as "advertizing and solicitation is forbidden and is an offence punishable by fines and/or imprisonment." Then a financial incentive needs to be present to track the offenders down.
There have to be some places in our world where we can chose not to be bothered by advertizing.
In the mid to late 80's I was part of CFD experiments where the pilot was loaded with thirteen screwdrivers and a parasail. The polit and parasail were pulled to launch pulled by a Ford F150 across the desert over the outskirts of Fresno (actually Sanger), Ca.
It's more expensive than cow milk but I drink Meyenberg Goat milk.
I know. It sounds really strange but the taste is good, my skin is happier for it and the goat milk yoghurt with a touch of vanilla & splenda is amazing.
Ya, I know. It sounds REALLY weird but you've gotta try it.
Many people I know had skin problems that cleared up when they switched OFF cow milk and foods with a lot of sugar (coke, OJ, fruit smoothies).
Vitamin D is one of the cheapest vitamins to purchase.
I take 400 Mg in the day and 400 at night.
Lots of the new respected doctors recommend it and from what I heard on NPR is that you can't overdose on it. You body will only use what it needs. Of course, you should do your own research on this to verify.
But a month's worth of D capsules are about 6 bucks. It's kinda hard to go wrong at that price.
Crime is crime is crime but there is too much of it and not enough money/resources/people/time to stop it. So you go where your effort has the most impact.
Cops DON'T care about the little things because they have bigger ones to deal with. It's true. I had to track down a laptop thief myself (and I got my laptop back) because I knew the cops wouldn't do anything about it. When something of yours gets stolen, you need to get on it right away and get it back. Hire an investigator if you can. You've gotta take action yourself because you can't be sure that anyone else will look out for your interests like you will.
You and I support the death penalty for spammers. If we could only convince the rest of the world.
Seriously, knock off a few spammers and see what happens.
They way they are being treated now, it looks like the law looks the other way. Spamming is several crimes. Misrepresentation, fraud and theft of services to start.
A few years ago, a friend of mine (Werner Sharp) created a tool like this. It allowed the user to create a rich graphic application in Director with alpha channeled graphics, multi channel sound, object code, and export the entire project to C++ for use on Win CE.
I used it on one of my projects with custom coded async animation, control registries & messaging and the results were just amazing. It's free too.
I feel you man. Several things that smart people often overlook follow: All these "100" people are going to be 100 people. You can't do anything about it and you should spend your intellect paying attention to things that you CAN do something about and that will make you happy.

Enjoy. This is the stuff they never taught us in HS and college and it's been known since the 1930's.
Erin go braghless.
But only references 1 iPod with the problem.
Is this with one iPod or more?
My 5g iPod is working fine.

Unless you unclude ye olde TFB (Toby Frame Buffer) video cards form the Mac II's.
I remember 1990. One mac ci with 3 video cards and 3 monitors. One was even a Radius Pivot. Ohhh, the 90's
Yes, it is.
The noise is just coming out the wrong end.

Better keep them away from my chili or they'll keep the whole North Sea up all night.

But what about all those people who eat fish?
Fish is mostly protein.
We'll have to take a look at my kidneys one of these days. I eat mostly meat and drink mostly beer. No gut in sight.
Please inform me about this joe-jobs thing.
Really. I don't know what it is.
Let me respond to this with two points.
Crime is crime is crime but there is too much of it and not enough money/resources/people/time to stop it. So you go where your effort has the most impact.

If a shopping cart starts talking to me, trying to sell me something, I'm going to have to pull out old painless and blow the cart off of this planet.
This is taking marketing too far.

Get an 802.11g card and share your music directory. This way, you could drive up to your house, park the car, log on and drop off music as needed.
Like the use of the remote. I'm going to use that in my home video laptop projection solution.
If you had bluetooth, you could probably get a bluetooth remote control too.
Sooo, you're calling enclosing an iBook in a Saab a "case mod"?
It appears that you have not actually looked at Proteron's liteswitch and application switching in 10.3. If you did, you would see the resemblance.
The article specifically refers to liteswitch and app switching in 10.3, not 10.1.
Get some Bose noise cancelling headphones.
Not really. Representatives from anti virus companies and security experts have stated that it is much harder to write viruses for OS X.
It also has been out for several years. Don't you think that any enterprising visur writer would have written one by now?

But the point is that even if it is a target, it is much harder to write a virus for OS X at this point in time.

Dude, that's the download ID, not the number of downloads.
