ah but actually in most countries the explicit ban on cellphones didn't/doesn't actually matter that much at all(you were already fucked if you did any accident at all while toying with it, for being distracted while driving). it's just that people are so stupid that they don't get it why these laws are needed that explicitly say to people that doing something while driving is not 'ok'. cellphones also happen to be a one thing that is extremely easy to check up later if you were speaking on it or around the time the accident happened if there's any casualties in some accident you trigger(in which case you end up being legally responsible for the possible deaths as well). so no, driving distracted is not any more 'worth it' than driving drunk(sure, most of the time nothing happens but when it does you're fuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked and it's much more probable that something bad happens as well).

there is no 'reasonably well' in driving, if you're driving while you're focusing 100% on the driving you are ALREADY BREAKING THE LAW in most countries("sorry sir, i was looking at those boobs over there" is not a valid excuse anywhere).

sure if you can really read a book while driving without getting distracted go on and keep doing it, but i find that quite hard to explain how you can keep your eyes on the book and still know what happens on the road. and in most countries with policemen with any brains they'll ticket you for it irresponsible behauvior in traffic, be it reading while driving or getting a blowjob from a shemale.
