Something I'd like to know is how Chinese sellers on eBay are able to give "free shipping" on sub-$1 items. I've even won a lot of auctions below 25 cents and I've always received the items. Of course it takes weeks and sometimes nearly two months to arrive, but I get the items.
My question is, who's paying USPS, Canada Post, etc? Is China trying to bankrupt our postal services?
I didn't say they don't have the right to do that, I said it destroyed the experience and so makes the whole thing pointless.
And while I agree with you on the anime subtitles, I disagree on the dubbed versions. People doing dubbing usually lose something in the voice, intonations, tone of the voice, etc. It's extremely rare to have a voice sound exactly the same, so it changes your perception of the characters. And IMHO that makes it a bad thing. But to each his own.
"Let directors create what they want, and let viewers watch how they want in their own home. That kind of philosophy respects the views of both parties."
The directors/writers/etc don't put language, nudity and violence just for the fun of annoying special snowflakes like yourself. It's part of the characters, part of the experience, part of the story. If you remove things, it's not worth your time.
I hate extreme violence, gore and horror movies in general. So I don't watch horror movies. See how easy that was? Now do the same.
Yes, but keep in mind the Game Boy is 1989 technology. As powerful as a fridge-sized server of a few decades before that. And now think about laptops and smartphones.
Then try to imagine 2027, 2037, 2047 and 2057. You can't imagine the computer power we'll have by then.
He's talking about the era before graphic accelerators like the 3dfx.
Look at games before VGA, before sound cards. At best, you had EGA graphics and Tandy/PCjr audio running on 12~20MHz CPUs that had to do all the graphics one pixel at a time. But those games also had to support 8MHz CPUs, 4-colours CGA graphics and a PC speaker only capable of generating one programmable square wave frequency without any volume control.
The next generation will be dumbfounded that in the past you had to be sitting on your couch at a pre-determined time to watch your favorite show.
Forget the next generation, it's been happening for a few years already.
I'm in my 40's and what you described is exactly how we grew up. I still can't believe we did that for decades though, I'm so used to Netflix now that I would never go back.
Vertical Videos. They're no f&#@ing good.

I give up. Go read stuff on MSNBC, reddit or somewhere else.
If you don't know what something is, either you need to learn about it or ignore it.
As long as it's not done via voice recognition, otherwise I'm Not Sure.

Sorry, we have a constitution in this country which limits the executives term to a maximum of eight years over two terms.
Thank you for playing and go fuck yourself.
Sanders 2024.
What's a "half-cent"? Oh, you mean a Dogecoin!
In short... DON'T DATE ROBOTS!
So the solution is quite clear: ban books.
Indeed. There's going to by talking, followed by anger, followed by crying. And there's no telling what the kids will do.
Let's go guys, buy Dogecoins too!
Yep, in and out!

That's what he's talking about.
All they have is a freakin' blank, empty page?

I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
4MHz? Even a Nintendo Game Boy is faster than that.
Rest in piece, Adam We. I hope they have taffy where you're going.
Yes.
There's probably eight laws to protect tentacle hentai porn.
Would you go as far as stealing from stores, to make sure the owners cannot fund terrorism?
