I mean I'm sure you *would* if you ever met one of those people in person and were actully brave enough to say that to their face when there are other witnesses.

I suppose it depends on how rude they wanted to be with their unreasonable demands. Like most people - probably even you, offline - I don't go around trying to offend people. But the type of people who loudly assert there are several dozen "genders" each with its own pronouns tend to be bullying authoritarian assholes. And alas, I've lost my tolerance for intolerant, hectoring Imperial Progressives.

  18. Clauses like that essentially say: "We win, you lose, no matter what, no matter how badly we rip you off." Such clauses are manifestly unjust. No legitimate court would even consider upholding them.

Almost all American software has declined in quality since that period.

Probably due to tech brain drain. Because of the massive drop in inflation-adjusted pay, and ensuing proletarianization of the tech industry. Facilitated by the H1-B program. And inbred venture capitalist twats spending QE money on thousands of loss-making "startups", who see their users as products to be sold, not customers to be served.

Remember - if you hate America, and want to see even more Americans impoverished - then we need to import more H1-B indentured laborers, and give even more public QE money to cretinous upper class twits.

  23. It's widely alleged that Obama used USIC resources to illegally spy on his political rivals. Apparently none of his obviously inappropriate requests were denied. If we say the FISA star chamber is "doing its job", we must recognize that its job is to travesty the Constitution and trample on American values.

However, we must not forget there are many decent red blooded Americans who work for the security services & the permanent government ("the deep state"). Some of these men may support the President, and support his efforts to dial back the gestapo state. Perhaps those gentlemen applied some of their tradecraft to the treasonous judges on FISA court, and thereby persuaded them to stop acting like East Germans and start acting like Americans.

  24. If Bill Clinton agreed to it, it's because his masters in Beijing paid him for it. So no surprise if that policy action - like all of Clinton's policies - benefited Chinese interests at the expense of American interests.

  25. The disinherited working and lower middle classes voted anyone-but-Clinton.
