She has a vanilla Businesses Bachelor's with 7 freshmand and sophmore level IT courses.

Would say she is qualified for 1st or 2nd level help desk supporting gerneral business office systems with a chance of being promoted to Help Desk management position if she works out.

Just like anyone else with a 2 or 4 year degree in Business or Comp Sci.

Yes Actually, the BETTER car parts stores do ask for the your Car's VIN number when you ask for replacement parts. It saves a lot of hassles over wrong car parts if your car's model has many different body styles, engine, and feature packages in the model line, like Chevy Cavilers.

Back to laptops, for example, first hand experience. IBM/Lenovo Thinkpads had a lot of variation of parts over model types, need the FRU number to order the right parts for the specific model subtype of the ThinkPad.

To design and test ways to assure that the company is getting back a product that they can use in their business, you need a wide background in IT fields: Multiple Server/Workstation Platforms, LAN, WAN, Routing, and Firewall deployement configuration Knowledge.

Could be areas you can look into.

WH 40K was out in tabletop game form before starcraft. GW let Blizzard get away with using the Tyranids as the Zerg.

THQ was not able to add the Tyranids to DOW:dark cursade, stating that the DoW 'Nids are the Zerg, and could not Implement the 'Nids that had not been implimented as the Zerg in Starcraft.

Very sad to let the IP go to a, now, rival (Dawn of War vs Starcraft II) but give a hard time to a Non-Profit fan project.
