    What this guy says. Use hunting/trail cameras. They attach to trees or other things and they only activate on movement. They can be stolen but most can be attached and locked nowadays.

    1) there was a law of some sorts that forces them to
    2) a penalty if they dont.
    3) a law that it cant ever be used against you except for this specific crime

    I dont know.... the same group tried to replicate all the experiments. That is really the common thread. I guess I wonder what is more likely, that all (most of) the studies were wrong or the person trying to replicate them is wrong?

    I believe they mean it doesnt use actually bullets. The ones I've seen use compressed air. They are built so barrel changing is easy so you can easily test different calibers. I believe the standard test uses a 22 caliber wedge shaped projectile shot at a certain FPS.
