What this guy says. Use hunting/trail cameras. They attach to trees or other things and they only activate on movement. They can be stolen but most can be attached and locked nowadays.

Governments are notorious for not destroying the data they are suppose to destroy like this. The only way I would believe it is
1) there was a law of some sorts that forces them to
2) a penalty if they dont.
3) a law that it cant ever be used against you except for this specific crime
I dont know.... the same group tried to replicate all the experiments. That is really the common thread. I guess I wonder what is more likely, that all (most of) the studies were wrong or the person trying to replicate them is wrong?
So if the U.S. oil output does not effect the price, does this mean the U.S. can stop producing oil and the prices wont go up? For some reason I dont see that happening...
I believe they mean it doesnt use actually bullets. The ones I've seen use compressed air. They are built so barrel changing is easy so you can easily test different calibers. I believe the standard test uses a 22 caliber wedge shaped projectile shot at a certain FPS.

This is interesting. Though it's not going to stop drug addicts. If you have ever talked to any addict, in the beginning they might of had a preference for the drug they used but in the end, they dont care what type it is. As long as they get high from it....

Are these the same guys that sold me that darn bridge in new york?

If I point the rail gun straight up, how high can it launch one of it's projectiles?
In my opinion, the U.S. could not have waged some of the wars they have in the last 60 years without aircraft carriers.

No one has yet to crack rot13, or it's successor rot26. The legacy lives on!

It's always the 95% of the police that are bad that ruin it for the 5% that are good! :P
I would still be afraid they would crack it eventually.
I just want to be there and watch when the people try to move in! I would be sure to record it.
I'm glad the RIAA is being realistic with it's demands. /sarcasm

I wonder if they will finally release ZFS under the GPL?
I can understand him being in trouble, but to keep him in jail?
He isnt a threat to society. This is why our jails are overcrowded.....

Thanks for the clarification. That is what I meant.
It would be great to be able to use ZFS on linux without fuse.
This is great to see!
Hopefully Sun will show even more commitment to Open Source by GPLing ZFS.
