I really liked the tree view history that it had. Wish the other browsers had that. Don't care enought to look and see if there is a firefox extension though....
They do three phase AC in commercial applications. Honestly though I'm not sure what percentage of installations are 3 phase vs. 2 phase. But it's used. Most residential is 2 phase in the states.
I'm confused... If someone sent you a CD in the mail, you could throw it away. Like it's an AOL cd or something. No reason to get your panties in a twist.
They tracked a lot more than what was tuned to on the TV. They had columns for each person in the house and when they were watching and how old and what sex each person is. They even wanted to know what the tv was on when we weren't watching.
Nielsen isn't just total market share. It's demographics and stuff... Tivo can't automatically monitor that stuff.... I don't think.
Also it had a section for what shows I used the myth box to record when I was watching live tv.
I second your motion.
Isn't "more quiet" the same as "quieter?"
I understand your point though. Similar to "more perfect" in the Constitution.
It would be a better riddle if the answer were valid.

But the monks don't know how many there are to start.
If there are 5 marked to start, but a monk sees 4 others with dots, how is he to know that it wasn't 4 that were originally marked?
no, no, it's -0.
Ok, who makes 10m tall trucks. That's like 35 ft isn't it?

unclepost's!
Never saw that on slashdot before. Nice
Lacrosse isn't Canadian. The best lacrosse is in the eastern US. From NC to NY, with MD being the best!
Just because my watch says it's 4 AM (GMT) doesn't mean all those Hawaiians are going to be awake.
If it's 4AM GMT then it's 6PM Hawaii (-10), there's a good chance they're awake.
But if you meant 4AM EST, then you shouldn't be up either!
P.S. I agree that timezones are useful.
Not a bigger generator, just a bigger diesel tank. :)

My wife refuses to drink Dasani and Arrowhead. I agree that they suck, and would never pay for either.
Sparklets and Aquafina are the choices we make.
This won't be much of a flame war.
That's the best way to get free money I've heard in a while. Mad I didn't think of the idea.
Well, if your counting coastlines as borders, Canada has a longer coastline too

202 080km. Minus BC's coast between Alaska and Washington it's still about 180km.

I was taught in grade school to use the apostrophe to pluralize numbers and letters. So that's the way that looks right to me.
"A Writer's Reference" Diana Hacker on p 258 states as follows:
"The trend however, in toward omitting the apostrophe. Either use is correct, but be consistent."
So 's isn't "wrong". But since the article didn't use the 's then the link should not have used the 's either.

I like my AC 180 degrees out of phase... for the 240 Volt apliances at least.
Everyone my age watched that show. They never admitted it then. But they do now. Tis funny.
And you can't fault the hotties produced by the show.
I have 3 in my MythTV... hopefully that will be enough for now :)
But if the need arises I could easily by a forth, or dig into the code and change it to work how I'd like.
Since you know about this, anyone know of something similar for the Windows Taskbar?
I hate the grouping in XP and always wish I could just move the tasks around on the bar.

I just did a Nielsen survey.
They tracked a lot more than what was tuned to on the TV. They had columns for each person in the house and when they were watching and how old and what sex each person is. They even wanted to know what the tv was on when we weren't watching.

I wonder how my kid would react to a box of cookies christmas morning.
