Maybe not for consumers yet, but it is on their small business store. HP has a model listed too, but it only has Intel Graphics Accelerator chip using shared RAM, so probably won't be good for Vista. Dells at least has an NVidia offering that is decent, a 256MB GeForce Go 7800.

If someone could go into the files and see that they don't match the reported outcome, that whole company would have more problems than people asking to see the files. I bet the GOP supports their decision to withhold the files for this very reason as well. If it turns out that Bush really didn't win Ohio, imagine the fallout...

If Final Fantasy XI is as good as X was, i'd save your money if I were you. I personally think the franchise has been going downhill in terms of fun since FFVII. That game was great. Since then, you haven't had much control over the progression of the game, it has been all about going from A to B to C, with no exploration in between. Very linear, which IMHO is not what a good RPG should be. At that point it just becomes a scripted sequence of battles.

That's all well and good, but you can swear to defend anything, it doesn't mean you have to. What if he doesn't? With this right-wing government we have in place, who is going to do anything? The Shrub administration would just pull some strings and make up some story about you to make the public think you're not credible. It doesn't have to be true, the public will believe just about anything. If you want to know what W really thinks about the constitution he swore to uphold, take a gander at this report:

"I don't give a goddamn," Bush retorted. "I'm the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way."

"Mr. President," one aide in the meeting said. "There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution."

"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just a goddamned piece of paper!"

Personally, I think the only thing that would make the situation better since we can't rely on the other branches to impeach this fucknut, is someone running a high-velocity slug through his head. Actually, better make it his heart, I'm not convinced there is anything in his head.

Can anyone confirm? P.S., I would NOT advise putting it in your computer to see if there is anything on the CD, unless of course you happen to be running some other OS besides Windows or Mac (as I think some sort of kernel mod can be installed by some of these CDs, though it it more difficult to get it installed than on windows).

Since their EULA installs the rootkit on yes or no answers, this turns out to be illegal on so many levels. So much for buying Sony ever again, they make decent TVs, it is a shame that one of their divisions has to make such a bad image for the whole company.
