    Actually i started reading until chapter 8 and i must say that it's kind of confusing for someone new to all these tools...(and i agree with some of the negative comments made by people on amazon about it..)
    It'll probably be worth a read later, but for now i need some practical examples.

    One book that seems really interesting right now is the shellcoder's handbook by many people including noir from phrack and others...

    It's a complete guide to writing and understanding your own shellcodes.

    I just received my copy and it looks so unique that i wonder if i should read it instead of studying for my finals ;-)

    Anyone has praise (or not?) on this book? :)

    Oh i forgot: just cat the data into a ".ps" file and open it with gv(1) for example.

    (havent tried to print it yet, i wonder if the printer will be stuck rendering the ball ;-)

    Ok, i havent switched from OSS yet, didnt want to break everything all at once... in 2.2 everything worked fine, then in 2.4 i had to build 1370.o as a module and modprobe it with joystick=1...

    now it's a new problem hehe but everything else
    works fine :-)

    thanks, i'll try switching after the finals, meanwhile i need music ;-)
