The best beer I've ever tasted are from DDC which has the top-3 best beer on ratebeer.com and has had, i think, the best imperial stout ever!:P

the system works because statistically, people don't try to be misleading for fun too often... and when they are it is usually on a subject that is highly debated and will be re-read/verified shortly...
I guess they could make some money... but i know a lot of people who are just going to try it 3h and throw it away. All they are going to do, is spread their apreciation of the engine:)
