Compared to 2.4.X these are the problems i've seen. No cpufreq scaling, alsa doesn't work too good and preempt doesn't work properly (mouse stutters).

Looking at the specs it only appears to emulate the GB and GBC not the GBA.
The second one is a sequel. If you skip the first 15 minutes then it starts where the first one left off.
