    I don't want to be kazaaing off someone on a 56k modem.

    I don't want to be playing network games and can't kill someone in a FPS cause their ping is so bad they skip around.

    It's like Apple can't dominate any market for any lengthy period of time.

    As an underdog Apple should learn to "Make their products affordable until they dominate the market".

    Why can't AMD stick to the traditional K6, K7 and keep on adding up. All this Fx and Opteron and 8 million other names are confusing as hell.

    Whatever happen to marketing making your purhase decisions easier. It's doing to exact opposite nowadays. Intel ain't doing a whole lot better.

    I don't know. After all these years there are too many distributions of linux wearing the OS too thin.

    The penguin has been a good symbol, but how the hell are you supposed to use one symbol to market for 40 distributions? You can't. The only thing that came close IMHO was the redhat symbol. Suse and debian are great distros, but it's marketed like a good singer than a superstar. Christ, SCO has done more marketing for linux in general than any distro.

    How do you plan on managing laws and constitutions that stretch beyond U.S territories.

    If the Internet started with the U.S and expanded to some parts of Antarctica. U.S. rules are probably useless once it gets to the new continent.

    Vice versa if someone in Antarctica created a P2P application and it became extremely popular in the U.S. U.S lawyers probably can never get a grip on it.

    Isn't geography the greatest challenge out there for any lawyers. In fact it's so difficult to deal with it's rendering the law useless.

    1.) Any small companies or small business I strongly disagree having to work with your family members altogether.

    2.) If you work in a sky rise building with 10+ floors make sure your relatives are on a different floor.

    3.) Seeing the same person 24x7 will hurt any relationship. I don't care if your girlfriend is the hottest stripper and you are the bouncer. It's still no good.

    I agree.

    PC games keep pushing the limit higher and higher for requirements.

    Consoles are equally as bad now. Don't they have PS3, XBOX2 etc coming out in 2 years.

    Imagine having the buy a new house every 4 years because your furniture is not compatible. This is the gaming industry tactics.

    There is no show in the 80s better than Transformers. Many shows were good, but this was by far the most original.

    Not to mention this is the only show where guns really do damage. For example, nobody can hit a target in GIJOE. When the autobots fire a laser beam, decepticons really get it up the ass.
