This would definitly increase the chances for games on Linux:
    • South Koreans game a lot.
    • South Koreans game with PCs (as Consoles where illegal till last year)
    • So they will continue to need current games for the OS they use.
Sure, the currently installed Windows base won't vanish, but the change would happen when games start to require Vista.

That's exactly what Bittorrent is doing. In addition, one could just block all connections from 70.85.x.y and 70.86.a.b as that seem to be the ranges where the poisoning comes from.

In the end, I bought a CRT 83cm 16:9 "flat" screen for about 900. The thing weights over 80kg, but I don't move it every day, do I? I understand that these days, such a TV is even less expensive because they're pushing Plasma and LCD screens.
For us 'merkans, that's a 32" screen at $1600 weighing over 175 pounds. Pricing is certainly local to the market, but the same TV today in America would cost around $1000 (if not less), and IMHO is not a better deal than a 50"+ CRT RPTV for a couple hundred more.
You are a bit off with the price calculation: 900 Euro = 1 089.99 US$ (according to google)

Probably because I can't think of any artist that likes to give away his/her music for free.

The nice thing about Napster was that you could chat with someone offering a title for download. I was once talked to by a musician whos music I offered. He had nothing against me sharing his music, just wanted to know which country I lived and how I liked his muisc.
