Watch, coffee and pop will soon have versions of with this drug and without this drug. Soon the human race will become dependant on this just as we are on caffinee.
Wasn't the reason that NASA went to a shuttle was for reuse? To me, this "new" design looks like the apollo capsules. What is there for reuse and how will they reuse it? And then there is landing....
But now it's time to grow up. We've proven that users don't care what operating system lies beneath the surface. They care about the reliability and security of their working environment, about the investment they've made in learning how to use their computers, and about the feature-set in their applications. We are giving away the OS while selling WinX, and it looks like we've settled at 70 percent market share, from 90 percent.
I do care what OS is beneath the surface. There are many good and bad ways to implement different things. The OS has to deal with this more than a user. A user can somewhat tell if the implementation has an issue with speed. Not only are security and reliability and issue, but much more.
Yes, this is funny, but in reality I don't think that Linus would ever work at Microsoft. I think Bill would want to assimulate Linus if anything.
before AMD might even thinking about accepting it. Since AMD now puts the memory controller on chip, AMD will have to see proff that it is faster. AMD will not go for DDR until it gets faster. Their reasoning, DDR2 adds cost and decreases performance. Without help from AMD, Rambus might be heading down the same track.
I do some of my development in linux, and some on windows. I have found some differences in linux but very few. There is one huge advantage of java, and one huge downfall.
The advantage: Java has abstracted alot. The downfall: Java has abstracted alot.
For anyone who has done alot of programming in Java, they will understand.
and it may come as a surprise that Big Brother even listens to what you may say while you are on hold.
I've always hoped that they listen while I am on hold. That way they get to hear my frustration of being on hold and calling their machines stupid and a bunch of other names. They also hear that I want to talk with a crazy person and not a machine. Bring on listening to while I am on hold, I don't care.
Most of the reports that I have read have said that AMD will be releasing theirs next year and Intel the following year. Intel, though didn't start talking of dual cores until AMD started talking about theirs. From research that I have done, each manufactorer has some mighty issues to overcome with the single core before dual cores can be implemented nicely.
AMD has said that dual cores will be clocked anywhere from 600Mhz to 1Ghz slower than the single core counterpart, namely because of heat issues. There are many more issues that arise with dual cores here are a few
Cache correnance Bus contention software implementation plus more
It will be interesting none the less on how each manufactorer overcomes the issues with multi-core chips and the benefits to the user of of multi-core.
No, I'm a student at another university. We run novell border manager and you have to get the proxies entered just right for it to work. Sometimes hard to get right the first time.
Will this ITS department support issues with other browsers. Each browser has its quirks, and work arounds for certain things. If they recommend using other browsers, they must be able to support them, especially if they run proxies.
I heard a few weeks ago that this was going to happen, just could find any information about the discontinuation of the line. From my sources, I have been told that there is another linux pda from another company on the way. I do not remember what the company is off hand, but another is coming.
Persoanl rant
I wish sharp would do this, but o well. I love my zaurus, Just wish there was some linux software for syncing....
some type of law? I would want that information to be authenticated that way. If I remember right, parents will have to consent to it first if it is a public school.
What are the students doing in chat rooms during school anyway? Seems that Verisign just wants another way to make money.
I've said that girls take time and money. Well I guess this virtual girl thing will take time and virtual money. I still don't have either.
One more reason to get a normal cell phone and not a camera/phone/pda/whatever else they have phone.

All the more reason to register with root@127.0.0.1
just will have to check them out when they are aired. Great news just after I watched the intro to Revelations.
Here
Could have a good arguement that this includes cable internet. Looks like comcast (since not ordered by court) is in the wrong here.
robots take over human in (American) football. Never mind it would be too expensive to keep repairing them and replacing them.
not to install flash. What good features did it have anyway?
Watch out intel. Apple will sue. Anyone remember the iMac vs. the eMachine look alike?
Ready...3...2...1... fight!
with processors that create that little heat. That would be nice if they could clock them faster also.

Most Hotmail users use it because it is free, or they don't know about the alternatives.
Most users have unruly amounts of spam. Hotmail, IMO, is the worst for spam.

as in the earth. If the earth didn't rotate, it wouldn't work. Sorry, but there must be a moving part.
Now I wonder what would happen to one of those new discs if you put one in the microwave for 5 seconds.
Would that be a popcorn disc?
