Sony also demoed a sequel to cult curiosity Siren, a recent horror game that was criticized for being almost unplayable while simultaneously hailed for its unconventional ideas. Brief inspection proves it slightly more graphically advanced than its predecessor.
So the sequel is more graphically advanced but it's still unplayable?
But at least having an emergency button is much better than not having one at all. At the very least, it would also tell the operators of the space elevator that something was wrong.
It seems like you're thinking of some catastrophic failure, and yes, the passengers probably would end up dying. But I can think of plausible situations where an emergency exists and everyone doesn't end up dying.
She tried to delete it and her computer says it's deleted. It can't be her fault if it's still used to share music.
"...She had put Kaaza Lite on there and told me what it was. I never used it and had no interest in doing so. I deleted it since I had no use for it. Even though I deleted it correctly, as is recommended by Microsoft, Mr. Eilers has told me it can hide out in my system and play without me knowing about it. I have done a total check
of my computer and it is no where on there."
I took a look at the online Java web start on their webpage. At first glance Columba looks like your typical email client.
So what features would entice to stop using Thunderbird and start using Columbba? I don't see it. On computers where I can install programs, I'd use Thunderbird. On others, I'd just be using a some version webmail client.
Is there something special with the printed lettering on current keyboards? Why can't people just remove them with some sort of chemical or some sort of dremel attachment?
I've never tried, but it seems a better solution than buying a $80 keyboard.
That's nothing...try a married couple sending angry IM's at each other while in their apartment.
The worse part was that the husband told me about it over IM during their fight. And the wife got even more pissed since she heard him typing...but not to her. I heard later that their argument basically started all over again because of the extra IM to me.
Apple are simply peddling an average Motorola phone
Apple probably doesn't have the right engineers at the moment to make a working phone. They can probably do the UI design and form-factor but not the internals.
Currently, this gives Apple a way out in case the RoKR flops. If the ROKR dies, then it's because of Motorola's bad phone design. If it's popular, then it's because Apple's iTunes is included.

I don't know about you but I'd want an additional button for emergencies. There's no way I'm climbing out to look for the stairs.
Unless you're directly involved in this, I think you're making assumptions. In the past, the RIAA have used John Doe Subpoenas before. http://www.eff.org/IP/P2P/riaa-v-thepeople.php
If they don't even have the name of the illegal filesharer, I doubt the have enough evidence.
Nice job of selective quoting.,,

And if you notice--the lightbulb actually hasn't been changed.
errr....just as soon as I finish building my chapagne glass.
I think they should just do a Counterstrike tourney to settle this lawsuit.
What's the point in having artificial stupidity when we have natural stupidity in abundance?
I'd almost be willing to pay for that.
I'm first.
Not that I disagree with you, I'm just saying...
Actually, I think you just squished together the last 4 B-movies you saw.
I'd ask for enough bullets to handle the department thats making you to do this.
Works especially well if you don't happen to have a lesson plan that day.
This happened all the time in my high school. And despite that, I was still able to complete BC Calculus. Or whatever it's called now.

Obviously a geek couple.
Maybe because the regular players have gone broke?

Always find a way to blame the other guy.
Yeah, I hate it when :
I thought this story was about Microsoft....and no I didn't RTFA.
this movie might be the first remake that's better than the original (hoax).
Damn, now I want to know what that subject line says...
No...wait for the dupe a few days later.
