Heh are you sure they would find what they want thou? What about the US military buildup? They would probably register a higher count when they fly back to the US bases in the surrounding area... Saddam isnt a good guy, but I wouldnt go as far as saying Bush is either.
... ok whatever ways of masquerading email addresses on sites just will not work. I know spammers are deemed rude and rather unintelligent, but surely they are gonna run some basic tests to clean lists up, like converting $'s to S's and removing nospam.
What about choosing an email address that intentionally has nospam as part of the real address? then they are likely to filter it out:)

Is the article any good, or is it just a load of "remove stuff from startup" etc?
Also is it a Linux or Doze tweak guide?

You never know, that page may forward the user to their slashdot proof server rather than battering the meagre normal one.
Agreed... I started using computers (seriously for long periods of time) from about 10ish and my fingers are already feeling like they arent going to last much more than 5 years (im 18 now).
Id hate to have my fingers feeling like this at 11-12 (well the 3yrold..)
surely monitors are the most expensive part of a PC not the graphics card... I paid £350 for my monitor, even the most current graphics cards cannot be bought for that price.

Id say try out the Mandrake distribution (Linux-Mandrake.com) as its very good for making the hop from Windows to GNU/Linux.
Ive tried Red Hat but personally prefer Mandrake 9.0. Checkout Linux.com & for any hints tips / tutorials Google is always the best bet.
What about trying Remote Desktop / Terminal Services to that box that was showing the satellite images and print screening the remote box from a TS window? Its worth a try...
Looks like this may extend the useful life of CDRs! Sounds all good to me....
Even though DVD writables are coming down in price they still cant match CDRs for compatibilty (as they are still arguing over the format for DVDs) and price.
And MUCH more that $860,160,000 if the initial guy didnt take inflation into account!

This would bring a new meaning to the word griefing if you can actually steal items ingame, but not have them classed as a crime in real life!!

This build is over 3months old! Its ancient!
well lh is gonna have much better boot times... so id say it would be faster than the machine you talk about.
well i havent done any M$ bashing... I can't wait til longhorn and some of its interesting new features...

I wonder how different Id be if I had been brought up on *nix terminal rather than MSDOS....
http://www.jolt.co.uk They offer a very fast 0845 (price per min) dial up service that is free to sign up for.
People who use FP are generally net newbies. Are they really all that trustable?
nooooooo keep the Terminators away from me!

On the contrary, at least the lights work, the insides obviously arent!!
mmm nix
...without emulating it inside of linux.
What about running Windows 2000 on the XBox? Has it been done? Can it be done?

Well I cleaned my CPU fan etc with my vacuum cleaner... its still working.. and at a lower temperature due to less dust etc.
(Not to mention the fact that the linux version is ahead of the Windows version in terms of patches and bug fixes)
;)
No surprises there
