Well . . . the police purchased all of these weapons and armor so in case there was an emergency they would be prepared. It would be a shame if there was not an emergency and the equipment was wasting away at police headquarters. I guess they need to generate some emergencies so they can use that stuff.
lol it is the same confusing thing they do with gasoline in the US. they try and make it look better by using some retarded system. internet companies wouldnt be able to get away with giving 5 megabits per second of the majority of the people realized that one megabit is only 1/8 of a megabyte. gasoline is the same way, they use 9/10 of a gallon to price their gasoline... everyone thinks they are getting a full gallon for the price listed, but they are only getting 9/10.
You are wrong. You are buying a full gallon, but where they get you is that while they are posting a price of $3.25 a gallon, they are actually charging you $3.259 a gallon. It's 9/10 of a cent more than the posted price. This pricing comes from the days of low priced gas when the price may have been 12.3 cents a gallon
Reaction Wheels on spacecraft have always had problems and fail regularly. They are only on spaceships that are flying in space as they are used to orient the ship without using fuel. Rovers don't need them.
Most people get headaches because their eyes can not focus properly on the generated images. Eye muscle health plays a huge role in both comfort and the ability to see 3D. To compensate for "normal" eye damage they can use faster frame rates, reduced depth, and high color separation. There are many studies on this, remember that stereo viewing goes back 30+ years. Longer if you count the old analogue systems. (Analogue is the old cardboard glasses with red and blue plastic lenses).
The Ciclops site linked in the summery is the official Cassini site for processed pictures and raw images taken by Cassini. NASA gets the pics after they are released on Ciclops.
Common Law Marriage
In Alabama you are considered married if you live together for more than 3 years.
or
You claim to be married, like checking into a motel as a married couple, or having your own wedding ceremony.
England, as you may be aware, is often cold. A bird could easily decide to perch next to a chimney to keep warm. It then passes out from carbon monoxide inhalation, and topples into the chimney, where it becomes lodged.
But then the fireplace was never used again . . . which is odd . . .
I've got some 33 1/3 RPM albums that load and play just fine and some of them are over 40 years old
The weather guys around here are 60% right 90% of the time

They seem to be using the terms Cores and Shaders interchangeably. is a Shader a core ?

That's what I'd prefer to see for the third world.
But would that help the fourth world ?

3D with Red/Blue glasses is not "Analog", Its an "Anaglyph".

This project has grown too big to fail . . .
You know it got to be some good stuff since it is about "100 times as thin" as the conventional metal electrodes widely used to study animal brains.

Can a Moon have a moon ?
My solution would be to mount even more powerful lasers on some of the aircraft. Fight fire with fire. Plus, it would just be cool.
I would mount Lasers on Sharks and train them to laze the planes . . .
ObamaCare does not provide health care
it raises the cost of health insurance
