I wonder if the effect of online-ads is really the problem, or maybe more the possibilities of measurement.
Imagine one could measure the effectiveness of newspaper-ads as well as the clickrate of online-ads. I'm sure this would drag the newspaper-ad-buisiness into a large crisis.

I'm quite sure that this will
    change, when more Linux-Users get

    to make the Companie's IT-Decisions.

    Wishful thinking? Maybe, because my
Future depends on this as well. But I
still think the chances aren't THAT bad,
    that Company-IT-Strategies will change
in the not soo far Future.

  17. Re:What I Don't Get... on Commercialization Of The Internet · · Score: 1

you name it. people are as free as they want to be. if they are not free, they are not, because they believe in the propaganda the big companies are spilling over them. it works like a self-fullfilling prophecy. somebody says "14 companies are controlling you". in the moment you say "oh, how horrible!", he is right, but if you say "no, they aren't" then they aren't. so, maybe the 100 richest families in the world are controlling world economy, BUT they are NOT controlling the people. people have to understand that. malana
