Yeah, assuming someone is intelligent can sometimes backfire, and on slashdot it's a little bit more than sometimes.

In the author's defense, If they called it black-hat hacking this would be a non-story. The addition of a 'Next-Gen' buzzword, as well as trying to somehow link Trojan writing with spam and phishing creates a much more exciting article.

In other news I have created a Next-Gen motorcycle that gets unlimited miles to the gallon, due to the addition of two levers that you operate with your feet that drive the rear wheel using a combination of chains and sprockets.

Secondly it would be nice to have a higher quality guitar. That thing looked and felt totally cheap, it was like a kid's toy. I would have felt like I was rocking a lot harder if the guitar was bigger and had taken itself a little more seriously.

That could be due to the fact that it is a kids toy? The thing costs about 70$USD... Spring for a little more and you can probably get your hands on a decent used guitar and amp.

Your employer is liable for TREBLE DAMAGES PLUS LEGAL EXPENSES (ie, triple whatever the amount is in question.) Not that you should be taking advantage of employers for the tiniest infraction, but this is a great way to have a sweeter taste in your mouth if you've been given the boot.
Well, at least your arent liable for bass damages, that would really suck!

[...] true freedom means allowing (if not accepting) others to do what they want as long as they don't harm your body or your property. Porn doesn't harm me, so I can not speak out against it.
