    "hard radio" is not the same as "hardradio" and you are not causing them any monetary loss. you are not a company.

    no one can stop you using a metatag. trademarked or not it bears no direct relation. Putting "microsoft" in your meta tag is not illegal is it? i bet you could find thousands of sites with microsoft information on them that have "microsoft" in their metatags.

    at the core of it they have to prove you are taking profit from them, which basically becomes impossible if you are not actually getting any cash at all.

    and it is only your position in a search engine which causes traffic to be diverted so you could probably just blame the search engine for puttin them below you....

    i hate HardRadio(tm) because they are stupid jerks.

    I'm sorry, chump change? I don't think so. Lame in my opinion - if it is no more interesting/innovative/fun than any other game with a sub $million budget, why bother?.

    Now they are going to say all sorts of BS FUD to get people to buy it and recover money now.
    it has to be like 40x better than a $1 million game just to be on even footing.

    the assemlber could be copied, everything gets converted into something else more useful to humans

    MMORPGs are RPGs played online. RPGs are designed to be complex.
    the ones which are NOT complex are the rare ones because the genre is not looking for simplicity - it CRAVES complexity. You are playing the wrong genre and not looking hard enough for the niche game to fit your needs. Don't bend the genre, use your noodle!

    World of Warcraft / Toon Town is designed for simplicity - you will like that, everything else is for ME not you. Or get a 3d chat room.

    lol, so goddamn true. I installed Mandrake 9 just to check out this linux craze and ran across just about all of those problems. Especially the Nvidia Drivers installation process.

    I got some FUD

    Install Linux, it works.

    autodownload works and it will be GREAT for modders
    all the t2 scripter/modders will be able to do great things with this game. and it is FREE.

    I've been doing optimizing(shrinking) on the textures for a while and save about 30meg off the 60meg download, I leave most of the terrains alone but everything else looks pretty much the same and it gives some extra fps especially for low-spec cards. Low-spec Optimisation for Current version of legends is not done yet though but you can check here in a few days - http://www.borganism.com/legends/

    maybe if the sentences had better grammar it would make more sense. I saw this a few days ago in a newsgroup, someone also ICQ'd it to me and wondered if the poor sentence structure was intentional or if I was just reading it wrong...

    I guess I need to do a research about some letters at the right place.

    are there many many many more Linux than windows servers? so this kind of statistic is completely useless.Unless you get the ratio of servers and ratio of success, this only proves that the article/writer/reader is stupid. Unless there is more windows servers (in common/commercial use)... but even Microsoft only switched over to windows for its own site recently... heh
