I previously would occasionally take a Tums here or there, but my wife mentioned I should try drinking a small amount of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. It tastes horrible, and you have to rinse your teeth, but shockingly it works better than anything I've ever tried.
There wouldn't be so many anti-vaxers if these vaccines were more trust worthy, but the reality is that vaccines are manufactured by large corportations.. and the goverment isn't real fast to protect us... if you need more proof.. here is the story of how the CDC (30 years later) finally acknolodged the polio vaccine contained a cancer causing substance..

The reason the bribery continues is simple.. We didn't follow the instructions..
Declare independence.. Check...
Fight war for independence.. Check..
Build new government.. Check..
Water the Tree of Liberty with the blood of tyrants and kings.. Oops.. forgot that step..
Our own founder Thomas Jefferson said this would happen.. The corruption in a society (and complacency) is a guarantee with a fresh "reset" every once and a while.
Nobody wants a war, but trying politicians in courts of their own making with laws that they control under a constitution that is basically dead is just a joke..
This is completely different from a map that marks members of a political party. For one thing guns get stolen... and then used in crimes once stolen (sometimes).. This is actually incredibly irresponsible of the creators. You might as well just hand the potential thieves a map of where to get guns..
Its ironic that those who keep pushing for gun control laws are the first to put things like this in place that makes those same laws less effective..
The real problem is, it can change any time. PS4 can become more stringent, and XBox One could become less (well, in theory).
I'm not sure I trust Sony not to be an asshole regarding DRM. It doesn't have that good a track record. It is a good bet the moment the marketing hype dies down, and the stock holders start pressing, they will tighten their DRM.
Generally your right that management stifles innovation, but its a balance.. If left unchecked you end up in a world of projects that have no marketability.. I have seen that experiment where we gave a group an almost limitless amount of money, and said "Go Create".. A few projects were marketable, but the overwhelming majority were not.. So love em or hate em.. it takes both sides of that coin to make a successful business..
BTW I have been on BOTH sides of this at different points in my career.
I disagree with the likening of DNA to having a mug shot taken or a fingerprint.. Simply because DNA can be used for purposes well beyond what you can use for a mug shot or a fingerprint.. Consider for a moment this currently fictional example...
We have a nationalized health care system. Using the same DNA collected we tax an individual based on the likeliness of that individual to contract a certain condition (e.g. diabetes)..
-or-
We use that same DNA to establish life insurance rates along the same logic..
The problem here is it allows a very large amount of information to be garnered about a persons potential medical conditions without their consent.
Really? We need military levels of record keeping to keep track of school children getting on busses? Seems wasteful, and overkill.. If you need an ID (which I dont think you should for school busses) then a simple picture ID should do.. Growing up my bus driver (and the kids) knew all the kids getting on and off anyhow..
Have you ever been to Israel? I have.. many times.. I have yet to witness anyone being indoctrinated.. Perhaps you should make a convincing argument rather than resorting to personal attacks..
In regards to the U.S. not having a draft.. what exactly are we forcing everyone to register for..
See: http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/wars/a/draft2.htm
There are a host of ways to not be forced to join the military in Israel... For the record.. the US ALSO has compulsory military service through the draft, and required registration, and there are a host of ways to get out of it as well.
Besides.. you wont find many citizens in Israel that don't want to be in the military.
Legislation won't do anything here short of making people feel good.. There are many recipes available for black powder, or smokeless gun powder.. they are all made of components that are readily available..
In addition.. its very easy to make a gun... Granted it may not be very pretty, but it needs to be only functional.. as for casting the bullet.. (assuming you aren't building a shotgun).. even that is quite easy..
Keep in mind guns are a VERY old invention.. (lets use 1911 for a date since I am partially to the 1911 design).. The tools in 1911 were quite crude compared to what we have today. Manufacturing has gotten better, and as a result its much more simple to build a weapon. Bottom line.. if you want to make it.. there really is nothing anyone can do to stop you.
Perhaps a more logical approach (instead of trying to legislate them away) would be to accept that anyone can make one, and defend yourself accordingly.
I don't see how this would have been hard.. he could have simply done as he said.. you put them on ships and planes and they come home. Whatever happens in the country *shouldn't* have been our concern in the first place. Some might argue that they wouldn't be as free, but try going there and seeing just how "free" we have made them. Honestly if we did as he suggested and stopped constantly sticking our noses into everyone's country then maybe.. just maybe... we wouldn't be in such a declining state.. I'm sure some will argue that we aren't declining as a nation, or that this approach wouldn't change anything, but if I can be so bold as to point out.. We really haven't tried just minding our own business....
Even though Ron Paul does not identify as a libertarian his views are strikingly similar to that of libertarianism.. and libertarianism is VERY far from Democrat policies.. as one simple example look at gay marriage.. A democrat would most likely say "legalize gay marriage", and a republican might say "protect the sanctity of marriage", but a libertarian would say "what has government got to do with marriage? It should not be a government institution"...
Best comment ever.. wish I had mod points..
I keep about 2 weeks of supplies.. just in case...
One day my wife asked what happens if the 2 weeks ever runs out.. my answer was almost identical to yours.
Hmm.... perhaps you missed or overlooked the part where I said:
nor any law subject thereto
That somewhat inoccuous phrase expands the application of my statement to every/any law passed by the Congressional branch, every/any rule decreed by the Executive Branch, and every/any ruling issued by the Judicial branch. As all of these things gain their powers via the American Constitution.
So are you honestly contending that none of THOSE things pertain to the Citizens, Residents and inhabitants of the US? Because there are a lot of people in American prisons who would like to hear the basis for that position!

I think the finer point here is if we had followed the constitution in the first place there would be no rule decreed by the executive branch.. the powers would have remained as originally structured which was a constitution to define the relationship of the state and federal powers (the states were intended to have more power), and a Bill of Rights to define the rights that are untouchable by those entities.
Couldnt agree with you more.. try getting a bottle of Everclear here...
(From Wikipedia) Consumers may legally purchase Everclear in Pennsylvania but must first obtain a permit for it and agree that it shall not be consumed as beverage alcohol and shall not be furnished for any reason to another person
Did you know Iraq had weapons of mass destruction? They determined that also..
Basically its whatever they want it to be. Its an ever changing target since there is no body that oversees the rules they get to make.
They already did. All passengers (and laptops) must now be secured in the cargo hold.

I am so happy for the results of this.. now (if were lucky) we can get Mrs Obama to go complain at the lab animals about being fat instead of us.

The goverment tells you they want you to blow the whistle.. They have put laws to protect that very thing.. unless you blow the whistle on them..

There is something humorous about the story right below this being a nuclear water containment leak....

Haha indeed. The emperor's new clothes are showing their colours.
Huh.. a multicolored emperor.. well that's new...
