    (I do not WATCH sports...).
    If there is no viewers for the channel - it shall die.
    Or be VERY cheap.

    I still prefer Tcl (with Itcl for object-oriented programming). It's the easiest software environment to work with for me. I also use websh and dtcl extension for apache (tcl.apache.org).
    Using TCL you'll have a very compact and clean code.

    Do the developers of SpeakFreely plan to make any improvements in that program? Linux version is not user friendly at all. DO they want to make it possible to use Ogg Vorbis compression?
    On my opinion SpeakFreely is stuck on the level of 1998 year technology...

    one small detail: wearing tie is not for programmers and for intellectual tasks. Wearing a tie blocks blood vessels on a neck just enough
    to create a condition in brain when it's lack oxygen. And thinking takes a lot of oxygen.
    So dress up - it'll help you to be in position and make you look pretty, but leave tie out.

    2) has palm graffiti AND handwrite recognition
    3) be 2 times larger than a palm pilot
    4) has at least an equivalent of 200Mhz Pentium,
    energy-independent storage and >=32 Mb memory
    hmm... may be Simputer?!
    and surely I want Linux on that thingie (or at least to have an ability to put Linux on it).

    They were used for large-scale projects, such as modelling of water dams.

    There is one little catch. Some old players and CD readers cannot read anything except the printed CDs. Saying you are selling CD you are misleading the owners of that old players.
