    I've never used a MS E-Book. Can you print them? If so, I'd use a print-to-pdf utility to back the e-books up.

    Not really. The buffer tower (where the bolt carrier group reciprocates) takes a fair amount of stress and the design of it is not optimal for plastics. It is also the attachment point for the buttstock, so it needs a lot of strength for that function too.

    I've never seen or heard of a printed polymer lower lower that was capable of withstanding more than a couple shots. In fact, most injection molded polymer lower designs are pretty much junk too.

    What I'm saying is that even if you don't think you have a contract, you are locked into the carrier.

    I don't know how it works elsewhere, but in my part of the USA, carriers lock the phone for 1 year when you sign up with their service. It's not simply one year, it's one year of PAID service. Even with Straight Talk using the PayGo method on your personally owned phone, you have to pay for 12 months of service before you can go to another carrier.

    BTW, I'm still trying to figure out what the negative effects of warming are (the real ones that are happening now, not the predictions). Everything has been positive so far.

    Maybe AGW is happening, maybe it isn't.

    Nobody cares because if we were to attempt to improve the Earth's climate, warming it up and adding CO2 is exactly what we'd do.
