There's no other process with anything close to Firefox's footprint on my machine. I love it, but it is a hog. To be fair, I probably use it more than any other app ususally.
In every previous version of Superman that I've seen (and I'm sure I haven't seen them all), Superman is sent to earth to save him from the destruction of krypton, not to save the earth. So I'm offended because it's yet another example of the producers mangling the story, and in this case it's to make SM more Christ-like.
I don't really mind movies using the Bible/Christianity as inspiration (see the Matrix), but it was so frickin blatant in this trailer(practically quoted John 3:16)--coming out right before Xmas. It felt like they were pandering to the Passion of the Christ audience. Good marketing, probably.

Have you guys seen the trailer for this movie, where it basically says that Kal-El loves mankind so much he sends his only son to earth in order to save us? I only go to church once every couple years, but I found it extraordinarily pretentious and offensive.
...can you flip the display? As a lefty, I'd like to have the controls on the right side of the unit so I'm not smooshing them with my hand when I use the stylus.
Too bad the website is yet another poster child for the war against Flash.
I cracked open a few original Macs way back when, and I don't remember needing any special tools. I do remember seeing several signatures (of the design team, I assume), cast on the inside of the case. I thought it was very cool, never saw that in a DOS machine! Jobs' idea to move the RAM didn't work out, but creating a culture that pays attention to the little things has made Apple what it is.
Good stuff. I liked this one: "The X41 is the first laptop I have ever used that had me thinking more about blood clots in my legs than life in my battery."
And his accompanying rip on Windows Tablet Edition rocks!
My employer has an MS site license, but it stipulates that while Windows upgrades are covered it does not cover new purchases, ie any box that we buy with the intent of running Windows on it must come with a windows license. Don't know if that applies to other site licensees.
..and I have TWO choices, cable or DSL, same as about everybody else, and they both cost about $50 a month. That's not choice, it's price gouging. Don't bring up satellite, unless you believe paying more for worse performance is a legitimate choice.
