I'm still finishing the catalog, which should be online by tomorrow. In the meanwhile, there's a form you can complete to send in your order. That url defaults to the knoppix deal, but you can order anything from there.
If you want to see the work in progress, email me.
Hum, doesn't Safari use the same engine? A friend said it was ok - unless you mean the blue copyright bar at the bottom? That's a bug in the page, I'll get around to fixing it soon.
Otherwise, I'm curious: how is it displaying improperly?
Nobody with konqueror mentionned anything before either, which is either good or bad depending on how you want to see it:)
This idea is a follow-up yet it's something we should be following very seriously. Right now, a country station gets to pay Madonna/Celine Dion because they sell the most albums. This could change all that!
Yeah, Madonna and Celine aren't what sell today, but what do I know...
theres a compression technique using * as a wild card... I'll reply when I find the relevant link. But it sounds like what you are suggesting - but it wasn't lossy.
Just give me a minute:)
If I don't reply, well, you'll just have to find it yourself *hehe*
I think it's the mpeg1/2/4 decoding chip that needs a little work. Since the c3 is a little underpowered in floating point operations, the extra mpeg chip is great, if only there was an open driver for it - which is exactly what is happening.
Actually, you mean http://textbook.wikipedia.org/ I think. I'm writing a similar software... right now it's handling a pool hall, but it's very flexible. I'll try and get back to Brian when I've got something more definitive to his domain.

You mean like Damn Small Linux ? That's a debian derivatives, but only 50MiB.
http://rz-obrian.rz.uni-karlsruhe.de/knoppix-usb/ will guide you into fitting it on your usb key.
Good luck!
Here's another torrent link...
Something in here will surely help :)
Did you try any of the "no..." cheatcodes?
If you don't have access to a good pipe, you can always order it from Nattor the Little CD Vendor:

P.S.: don't complain that my sig is redundant - someone probably has them turned off. Thanks :)
I read in LAMP the P stood for either PHP, Perl or Python... Now who's telling the truth? There's Postgres too, but that's mixing fruits...
Ok, .net, j2ee... Never touched those beasts.
What's your take on Zope? You mentionned clunkyness, slowness and securityness (I know, that's not a word, x6t*hyu isn't either and it's no big deal)
Judging by the number of posts here, LA isn't as popular as it used to be.
Or maybe it's just us geek shying away...
c++ started out as a superset of c, but the inverse isn't true any more.

200MHz, 48MiB of memory, zaurus compatible, what more can you ask for? oh, 300$, now that's excellent!
Here's that url:

Jugding by the stats I keep on kazaa, I don't see this phenomenon fading anytime soon.
Wow! I'd never expected to find something even more misleading the netscape's use of keywords in the location bar.
Where can we sign to have this extravagant feature blown to dust?
well, since you can already use Doom to kill processes, I don't see anything wrong with a quake interface to your filesystem :)
If only it wasn't slashdotted :(
Here are step by steps instructions for that: http://www.datadocktorn.nu/us_frag1.php :)
You should only have to do this once

Is it the same bayesian filtering that mozilla has? In that case, you're aware you have to train it, right?
Should I reply to this? Hum... Being poor is one thing, but then, a vic-20 can handle 100wpm I'm sure, so it's really not the issue here.
