    Abiword source is 15 MB according to there site

    where as the openoffice source is 128 MB accourding to there site

    on my modem I find downloading 15megs much more appealing then downloading 128 megs. but then thats could just be me.

    I opened and closed the garage door while I took the shot above. Really makes it look like there's something gone very wrong with the garage door.

    Looking at the pic [http://www.sentex.net/] that looks like no under statement. It look it is designed to act as door from star-wars.

    Games are becomeing so realistic? Its not to warp the minds of the youth.

    The military uses it to show new recruits what each bullet would will look like. Also to work on there reflex skills.

    you ask other people for help on something. they may know a better way to do it. in my eyes not being able to discusse ideas is bad.

    Teaching people not to be open with there source is bad. the student learns this habbit.Then it leads to the whole open source community will be hit.

    Using this method on a large enough scale, it may be possible to return atmospheric carbon dioxide levels to pre-Industrial-Age concentrations.

    I don't think anyone was recording the atmospheric carbon levels back before the industrial age. I may be wrong though.

    User profiles can be stored in Flash memory as accessible files or also in the SmartCard.

    I'm not to familiar with this system does that mean that each user could have its own SmartCard. Meaning that there account can be taken from simputer to simputer?

    I do like the idea and the design wouldn't mind one of these in blue. of course it would need Text-to-Speech in english. Not to crazy about learning Hindi.

    anytime soon that is. To take advantage of a JPEG2000, web browsers will need a Plug-In for either Internet Explorer or Netscape browsers. I don't mind downloading a plug-in to get faster images. but the average user only knows plug-ins as the airfreshener glad makes. Not to mention will a company be willing to switch over to using this format since most average users won't see. Unless IE, netscape, mozilla, etc get support for it by default it won't be used to much.

    looking at the bench marks although intel may have the lead in MHz the athlon still is keeping up if not beating the P4 in the benchmarks. That is were it counts.

    60 gigs is a lot different then 6 gigs.
