You can only be cynical when you're informed. Right now, you're just ignorant. If you want to become cynical, you'll need to do a little research on the history of Cory, his books, and DRM first. Then come back here and post another cynical comment if you haven't changed your mind once you've gained some perspective on the matter.
It is complicated when there isn't a red button. Maybe this is only the case for widgets in/Library/Widgets/ but that is where all of mine reside. It's not much of a manager if it can't handle this.
The widget manager isn't much of a manager. All you can do is uncheck a widget to disable it. This basically just hides it from the widget dock. There is no way to move a widget from ~/Library/Widgets/ to/Library/Widgets/ and you can't delete widgets.
No, it sounds great to me except that "Break into the 911 system and cause several people to die because they couldn't get help" should be manslaughter instead of murder.
"I'm tempted to say that the correct answer is D[eath], and not just because of the man-years I've spent running virus scans and reformatting hard drives. I'm almost convinced by Steven Landsburg's cost-benefit analysis showing that the spreaders of computer viruses and worms are more logical candidates for capital punishment than murderers are."
Right. Because capital punishment is all about cost-benefit analysis. Make the accountants the executioners!
I always said the reason Mercedes Benz (Diamler Benz) bought Chrysler is because they wanted to learn how to build cheap cars. Turns out Mercedes learned too well.
You may be forgetting that this is coming from the ESA. Secondly, this isn't traditional French food, but is instead haute cuisine -- they are very different.

"That would be like saying that Apple gave away free MP3s that work in the Ipod but that crash other music players."
When did this happen?

This one is sponsored by Red Hat, not Microsoft.
If there are any, they'll respond to your post and tell you it's "Mac" not "MAC." This will be the Macintosh's second CPU change, by the way.
It's still a Mac.

Looks like JWZ feel into his own trap now that he is a Mac user.

I think Rob was describing Slashdot.
The simple answer, however, is that Apple wanted to sell good productivity applications so they decided not to base it off of OpenOffice.
You trolls really get under my skin. You know this is Microsoft we're talking about, yet you still deliberately misinform people about obvious facts.
Microsoft Avalanche will use a file name like debian_iso.ava.
Meanwhile Apple is developing Tsunami and it will be better than both.

If by grunts, you mean syllables, then yes.
It's also the basis for most other modern cuisines.

Burgers aren't exactly haute cuisine.
