Who needs a V8? Here in Holland where I live (highest fuel prices in the world) larger and less efficient cars are worth much less on the used car market then small/lighter/more fuel efficient cars. Nobody wants to buy your your gas-guzzler.
lol I've more than once towed a friends boat around with a 13 yo 4cylinder 1.3 litre Mazda 323. The trailer was much larger and a bit heavier than the car, so it was illegal by law to do that, but it could just fine;-) Just play a bit with the transmission and clutch and away it pulls;-)
I think I have never seen any DRM movies in my life. I've occasionally downloaded some WMA files that refuse to play because of some license error message, but I just delete them and find another version that does play. I also know noone who purchased a drm enabled mp3 players like an ipod. I live in Holland, and I see the average consumer here doesn't even know what a drm is, Will this be different when Vista comes out?
Oh great, more "targeted" ads to sell me american content for wich I have no way to pay anyway as I dont have a creditcard. I live in europe, im sure the content they want to sell me will be useless to me again.
Will there be a PC version, I've never gotten used to playing FPS games with a xbox joypad. Its just sucks, i want to have CONTROL over my caracter, not move around like in Doom 1 on my old DOS pc, but with better graphics. Please let the new gen consoles support a mouse for gaming...
I own an Xbox and think Halo is a sucky game, I dont like it, also not on PC, I've never heard of anyone who actually likes Halo (besides here on Slashdot). On Xbox Halo just looks shitty too. Whats so great about Halo? Its just a poor excuse for a FPS. I cant imagine that Halo would sell one single copy of Vista extra where I come from (Netherlands). Come on, is just one single game, and one that 90% of poeple will have forgotten about within 2 weeks after seeing it.
Did someone also made this calculaion for Europe, where the Average litre of Euro95 (the cheapest benzine) costs around 1,38 EURO / litre ? I guess the calculations show a whole differen result suddenly.
I'm glad to live in Europe, where the last spasms of a dying industry cannot harm me. I guess we should just let them cry in their own little universe for a while, where nobody can hear them, and let it go in peace. I, for one havent bought a CD in years, and I'm not doing that until this crying stops.
I have an xbox and dont like it at all, I bought it because I thought Pikmin was an xbox game, now it replaced my dvd player, and i haven't booted any games on it for months.
Golden Eye on the suXBox was a horrible game, I can't understand why Bill Gates came with this game, I think I'll wait for the NES version to appear, it has to be much better, at least the NES has better controller that don't injure your hands when trying to get through Halo's non-gameplay before it freezes. I think teh suXBox must have sold about -100 units over here, just because its from MICROSOFT.
Seriously, I have an XBox, and haven't run anything except XBMC on it the last three months, and bought a Gameboy for games, and still feel sorry about trading in my PS2.
What was the last time YOU taked to a turkish person that coulnd't speak in our language? If they want to live here, they have to learn our language, not the other way around...
I owned a PS2 before I sold it a couple of months ago, and bought an Xbox. I regret that now, and am sorry that I didn't look at what games are available...there are no cool games, and the ones there are I can get for PC a lot cheaper. At least the PS2 had some original games.

2$ a gallon IS cheap, here in Holland we pay ~2,28EUR (~2,92 USD) per LITER of euro95 gas.
I don't have a clue how many miles my car does per gallon. I'm from the Netherlands where we use the metric system.
