The problem we are having now is one of availability, not one of creation. What does it matter if something is created if it is only made available to the highest bidders in a temporal location close to the time of creation.
The license is a little bit weird though.

3. You may not use the Software on a network or more than one PC.
If your house has more than one computer, I guess you're out of luck. Also, they don't define network, but the internet is a network, and somehow I don't think they really mean that you can't use it on your internet connected computer. It's be practically useless otherwise. Anybody got an opinion on whether or not sneakernet is actually a network?
There's a difference between WiFi and a radio. In order for WiFi to work a signal has to be sent back and requests for data have to be made. That data then gets sent to the library through non-Wifi structures
Since when? IF so, I want a bicycle that's designed to go fast, I'm sure there'd be a merket for it. But I think that bicycles are designed to go as fast as possible given the power source is a human being.

Considering that the reason that Kerry voted against it was because of riders on the bill, his voting against it wasn't as bad as you think, though I don't know entirely what to make about his statement that if his was the deciding vote he would have voted for it. He says he wanted it to pass but not with the appearance of overwhelming support for the bill in the condition it was in. More Info
