  1. By that logic, cardboard, grass, and soil must be really great for you. I like pears better than apples and like eating peaches. I would buy them in cans in water, but they like packaging them in syrup for stupid reasons. I eat tuna more than I eat Doritos. I buy Doritos in runs every so often, but I get burnt out on them. Vhili is good and the soups that are essentially single serve are better for you and better tasting.

  3. And when I typed that, I was thinking of self-control. People are so afraid of control that they refuse to control themselves. Which of course encourages others to do the controlling for them.

  4. Yeah. Zo told me recently that people were most afraid of control, which can be generalized to include control over themselves.

  13. I've started seeing it as importing jobs. A job is better thought of as a good, the same as any other consumable. It's pointless to view jobs and money as significantly different entities from things that you exchange money for.

I just went to burn a CD for the guy the state pays to work with me four hours a day, three days a week. Windows Media Player was throwing an obscure error and VLC wasn't being helpful either. So I did a search for an easy to use program to burn MP3's to an audio CD. I suppose that could be described as researching how to burn MP3's to an audio CD, but I knew exactly how I was supposed to use whatever software I found to do it, I just needed to find software that would just work without complaining.

  17. Yeah, I had to learn to pattern myself after the Vulcans to handle unwanted negative emotions when I was little. Young Vulcans get such flak for being illogical, and I'm like how people just don't get why Vulcans put so much emphasis on being logical in the first place. They all basically start out born with out of control emotions. They need logic to get all that under control. I sometimes think I don't know how the Romulans do it, but when I take a good look, I might be more like the Romulans than the Vulcans.
