May I ask what mail server software you are using for IMAP? I've been wanting to run an email server but one of the biggest hurdles is figuring out what software to use. This will be my first time setting up a mail server in linux.
I use KDE as my desktop eviroment and go out of my way to make sure I install KDE apps for GUI consitency. It has worked very well, KDE apps are of very high quality. Of course, you will have many exceptions that you can't avoid. XMMS, KDE alternatives aren't that good, I find KMail fantastic, but some may need to functionality of Evolution. Kmplayer is good, but mplayer-gui has skins and all (or most) the options that are normally available in the command line. Generally 90% of the GUI software I use is qt based.
Sorry about the previous post.
I learned these when I was like 8 and still can say them pretty good.
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood?
A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
I thought a thought, but the thought I wasn't the thought I thought. If the thought I thought was the thought I thought, I wouldn't have thought such a thought.
They are much harder to type than say.

Same here on the RAM. I just spent $60 on some Kingston 512MB PC2700 DDR memory at newegg.com. When I built the system I spent $75 on 256MB stick. I suggest you get some before prices go back up.
I've been day dreaming about a cold beer since this morning. I've had a very stressful week. All I can think of is getting home, firing up the grill, cooking some buffalo burgers, and getting nice and drunk.
Well at times I will get more than 4 head shots in a row, especially with the m4. I've always done pretty good, but when I got my Logitech mx300, man it's so easy. I'll actually start aiming for the chest area just so no one accuses me of cheating. It's usually not a problem, but I usually just stick the few same servers with skilled, nice players. I don't want to risk getting banned or anything. Although, I doubt I would ever get accused, since these players are good enough to spot a skilled player vs a hacker.
There have been numerous times a good player, will start issuing 'orders'. Especially when the team is losing, since we are desperate to start winning most people listen to him. It's quite impresive how one person can change the outcome with pretty much 1-way communication, other than text here and there, or a radio command. Other half of the time people are just chatting. Then you get those people that are just annoying, making stupid sounds. I quickly and easily mute those people.
Well it seems to me that that are saving themselves in the long run. 5, maybe 10 years from now there are going to be some powerful devices using the networks and probably lots of 'em.
Guess how he and his people justify what they are doing? The problem with religion is not that the writings may flat out say "kill people", but due to their contradictory tendencies people get confused and are able to use these writings to justify horrible acts.
No, the closest thing to communism that failed is the dictatorship in the USSR. Although in their case they told the people they were running a communist government even though clearly they were not. I'm not sure what the real motives were for outlawing religion, I think it was another way to gain control. Try to get the people to worship the leader or something maybe.
My little half brother (don't make me explain) had an N64 and we played a lot of Goldeneye when I visited. I'm not sure if he had the memory expansion. What is gained with it?
I have Opera setup to save my tab session on exit. So if I do accidently close the whole browser, which I do every onece in a while, especially mis-clicking with this crappy mouse at work. Then just loading the browser up again I am back where I left off.
Fortunately it doesn't take too long to beat, I probably would have flunked out of college.
Cataclysm was great as well, I can't wait for Homeworld 2, it's being worked on!
Are you saying newsgroups are not widely used, or are widely used for illegitimate purposes?
-- an AC
I actually thought about that while typing the previous message, decided it wasn't neccassry... oops.
I'm implying that newsgroups aren't as widely used when compared to http and ftp as it was in the past. The ratio that is, not actual numbers. I do realize that newsgroups are still widely used though.

Good, I'm glad I came across 'untroll-like'. I noticed my comment might have been harsh. I never meant to imply all punk is bad, I hate stupid generalizations.
To the point...
grate off-key vocals, scrape a dead cat across some hapless instrument, and pierce their tongue, that makes 'em "punk" I Couldn't have said it better!
Your right, I undetstand what the point was now. In that case, FTP is like newsgroups, it has been around early in internet life. Unlike newsgroups it is very widely used for a lot of legit purposes as well. I don't think they will ever take that away from us, hopefully.

Whoa, it's like the Twilight Zone or something. That parent poster is weird.

What kind of geek are you?

You should load gentoo or something on that baby.

Do you know happen to know where these farms in TN may be? I live in Knoxville, TN... I want to bust them or something, yea...
That professor is a moron. Jealousy probably had a part as well.
/., so I may withdraw that comment ;)
I admire some one who can code anything pratical in assm. That may mean I have to admire a lot of people here on

Yamaha has got a similar line in amps like the Line6. I don't remeber the model, I'm not a musician. A friend of mine has it and absolutely loves it.
Yup.
Best. Game. Evar.

Not to nitpick, it's a file transfer protocol. Hence, the acronym FTP.
