    Ya but will you be able to copy anything to a blue DVD? By the time they are out DRM will be in full force for most os (probably even linux). I'd buy now while you can still get a general purpose unit.

    Unfortunaly some of those people will use the power of these Geo location systems to kill (i.e. poor man's cruise missiles). Whatever system is in place it should have an international governing body to control it like we should have had with nuclear weapons from the beginning.

    Those votes (really just vote attempts) were thrown out in Florida and throughout the country I might add, for the same reason, they couldn't be read and the laws in place at the time state that they MUST be thrown out. Surely your not indicating that the laws be overlooked just so a Democrat will win? Your reasoning just doesn't add up and the Democrats simply repeating the same nonsensical statements over and over does not make them correct. Your anger is misplaced the voting system in the US needs an overhaul.

    I recently tried to use the latest Red Hat, Actually got it installed on a brand new box. After 2 months of chasing down drivers and getting crap from the "support" boards IE "write your own damn drivers" I formatted it and put 98 on it, leaving me with 30 gig of a 40 gig hd the rest in a partition that even Partition magic 8 can't get rid of. I do hold out hope that someday Linux will be an option but for now I wouldent even think of trying it again.
