    Nice shiny new laptops for all the pinkie ringers. Underpowered crap for the end users. Struggling from the word go servers and data processors. Barely enough money left for software, if we cut corners.

    Yep, half a billion should cover it. Probably another 100 million for early termination of the contract with the vendors.

    Nicely said. But I still contend that our priorities are seriously out of whack when we spend $40 million for a elitist party and pledge (initially) $15 million in aid for what can only be one of the worst disasters ever.

    I voted for the W both times. He's been pulling some big boners of late though.

    rather pay even higher ticket prices. See, the advertisers defer some of the cost of the movie, be it at the production level, distribution or showing.

    Don't want to sit through some commercials, tough tittie, still doesn't give you the right to steal it.

    You're speaking of the doppler effect I believe. Worse case scenario with SMS is that the fonts size changes, getting bigger and/or smaller as the plane approaches or withdraws.
