World of warcraft collectors box is really sharp looking. No copyright notices, system requirements all that junk. All that is on a soft glue paper attatched to the back. Its flawless except for....

THE %#*%#@ ESRB NOTICE RIGHT IN FRONT!

Now I can put the box up for display and show to everyone that this game is rated teen.

I didn't have to change any graphics options. Just, a great game. I've been looking for this since tradewars.

If you really want an off the shelf game then buy the $49 6 month subscription. Its the same cost as a shelf box and I hardly buy more then 3 games a year leaving 6 months to be plenty of time to exaust the game. If you want to keep playing after 6 months then its obvious the game has more replay value then many other games. If it takes 6 months for you to finish a game then its not very cost effective for you to buy a new game.

I dont mind month monthly subscriptions when you dont have to buy a box as well. And it sounds like the expensions will not have to be purchased on the side.

Good things ahead... we had the buy the box + expansions + montly. Now we have buy the montly as well as (Guild wars) buy the box, buy expansions with no montly.

    My problem is its pointless.

There is just no way to actually enoforce people activating. I can't think of a single game that you can't get a crack for playing without using the CD for singleplayer mode.

There is just no point, if someone knows enough to burn a copy of a CD for a friend then he knows enough to go to gamecopyworld and add the patch to the disk.

So instead of calling a truce they just want to dig their heels in deeper. Frankly i'm offended they are wasting their efforts on activation that will not make my game any cheaper because it does nothing for piracy.
