Even though you purchase an xbox, that doesnt bring them any profit. They lose at least 100 dollars on each xbox they sell, but make it up in licencing on games (this is how almost every game console works.) So even though you bought an xbox, if you play burned games you cost them money.

No DDR for your finger tips is IIDX, also known as Beatmania Ver 2 Deluxe. Beatmania came BEFORE DDR and started this whole music game thing. Visit here for more information. Konami is the company that makes DDR and IIDX along with several other music games collectivly refered to as "bemani" (beatmania shortened.) There are several other music games. Where DDR is "Dance Simulation", Beatmania is "DJ Simulation" (You have a DJ disc and 7 keys from a keyboard). There is Keyboard mania where you play songs on 2-4 octaves of a keyboard, Dance Maniax where there are 4 areas you wave your hands through, above and below 2 sensors (Imagine raving), Guitar freaks, and Drummania are pretty self explanitory. Theres less than a dozen IIDX machines in the US though.

The best trance stations on the internet went down because of this law, and my music selection has hurt since. The only one left is Digitally Imported, which is ok but I like Tag's Trance and XTC radio better. A "dance" radio station started broadcasting in dallas recently, it is ok but is very repetitive. And I did buy two or three cds of artists I had heard on tag's or xtc, but now I buy none. Well, those were import CDs anyway and RIAA probably didnt get anything from them.

Not only coming up with ways to kill rediculous new monsters, but also teaching people how to do it well, and getting them motivated to do it even though they are "just playing a game" was a challange.

If you can find the news archives for Silvan Rangers guild on Fennin Ro server, or The Mystical Order, from a couple years ago you will find a story of a character named Hafez (and logs of chats with the GM involved). Hafez was a leader of TMO and got his RL friend who was a GM on the server to dupe his ENTIRE character. Keep in mind Hafez was the top enchanter on the server at the time - dragon loot and everything. He then sold the character on ebay (highly controversial!). A week later, suddenly there is another enchanter in TMO named Zefah with the exact same equipment =O. He made a cool 2 grand on ebay, btw.

For about 3 or 4 months around when Velious came out, I had a group of five friends who I would go to the fungi camp in lower guk (at 4am, it was almost always uncamped) once or twice a week. We stayed 'til we all had a fungi tunic (they are lore) or school started. So we each made ~60k-90k plat a week, from 3-4 hours of playing, which is alot easier than this 60,000pp in a week with constant playing.
