    It's close. (in the USA) Heart disease killed about 800,000 in 2017, but there were 880,000 abortions. It used to be close to 1.4 million/yr, so that's good progress.

  9. Depends on what your definition of "need" is. For example, I could say I need to run Minecraft with 220 mods, at 30 FPS, with hundreds of machine blocks. (with an i7-7700k I usually get around 11-12)
