  1. Re:ever heard of "multi user systems"? on Multiple Monitors Increase Productivity · · Score: 1

Right now I am at work with a winxp machine with a mouse and a trackball. But they both control the same pointer though. I want to have a blue and a red pointer and be able to control two windows or perhaps have the two different pointers/keyboards be typing in two different places of a text document window. Is this similar to what you are talking about, and if so, can you direct me to where I can learn more. I have searched for this type of thing many times in google. I found one linux type program called "MID" multiple-input-devices or something but it did not appear to be available.

I concur with this. My wife and I often sit at the same computer screen. Just last night she was reading a webpage while I was typing her resume. she wanted to scroll down on the browswer, and I wanted to keep typing. Why cant two users be on one computer concurrently?

I would use it all the time.

I'm not sure how you can say that both parties (in general) are guilty of this. the democrats are the ones blocking all the nominations, and preventing the actual votes on judges. The republicans are crying because its not fair, since they actually voted for candidates they didnt like before. In hindsight, I think they are wishing they had dug in their heels on all those clinton nominations.

Good to know that you would prefer to get your news from the grocery store clerk that fled the country than by watching the "american propoganda" on our media channels.

I doubt that they are making up the numerous suicide attacks that occur daily. I also doubt you can say that we are STILL in Iraq so that we can bomb it to oblivion. That being said, I agree Iraq did have high living standards for a small minority of the people. I'm not sure I agree with the high health care living standards you speak of. From what I hear, the hospitals in general are pretty outdated. Then again, I don't know anyone who once fled the country many years ago to ask.
