The first thing I did after downloading one of the photos was look at the exif info - yep the serial Nr is there. I would think all they need to do is get a court order for the registration record. The camera was a digital Rebel, not a cheap P&S, so I would bet he registered it.
So Apple is doing well in the consumer market? What is their market share? Any higher than even Linux? I guess they have a higher share than BeOS and Amiga OS.

I agree. Yes, I have a passport and have traveled to Europe and Japan. But now that I have a family, and because of the expense and hassle of air travel, our family vacations are strictly by car. There is plenty for us to see in our country while riding in the comfort of our minivan. From deserts, sea shores, mountains and the plains - lots to do and see.

Maybe Peter Jackson can learn from Lucas. He could re-release Lord of the Rings with a few changes, then release it later on HD-DVDs. Then later, after all of the "Special Collectors Edition" and "Extra Special Collectors Edition - Directors Cut" haver been out awhile, release the original LOTR on HD-DVD in multiple various editions. He could be making money for years.
