    "mindful eating" is, IMHO, not a viable solution. Ask an alcoholic or drug (or food) addict and you're likely to hear "self knowledge availed us nothing". Which means that having a perfectly logical, reasonable, intelligent explaination Is of little benefit when dealing with obsessive mental and addictive physical reactions. Personally, I'm inclined to believe that gut flora is more involved than we know but that still leaves me wanting to see a more encompassing treatment. I got no quick easy fix.

    Why not lobby Google to improve the integration API and make it easier to use the native camera app inside other apps? Why does facebook have to duplicate functionality already present? I can only assume this will cause their app to become even more bloated. It's already at the beached-whale-about-to-explode point. Does everyone have unlimited memory for applications on their mobile device? I started bumping into the "Not enough memory to update this application" error years ago.

    Whoop-de-fjnorking-doo. They'll still drive, even without a license, and probably without insurance as well because they'll think, "hey, no license. Why do I need insurance?"
    After a gosh-thats-so-painful public shame by a government agency, they'll (a) be more selective about over-sharing and (b) stop using twitter. Problem solved. Well, not really.

    The government cannot require or prohibit any specific design or operating system for any covered entity to use in complying with a court order.

    I.e. nothing is out-of-bounds when complying? That seems to conflict with this:

    No one is above the law. Court order recipients must comply with the rule of law.

    But what if providing the data requires breaking existing laws? I'll be the first to admit I don't know legalese, but this sure is confusing.

    Sorry, I disagree with the suggestion that we roll over to avoid getting butt-fucked by the jack-booted, or in this case elastic-waist Docker wearing, thugs .     Most large organizations embrace the idea of invention, but are not willing to suffer the string of failed experiments necessary to get there.

    In my experience, I would have to agree. The companies where I've worked embrace the idea of making money in a world of slim margins. Lower level management says "give me base hits" but the executive level needs every hit to be an out-of-the-park home run. Fail on your own time dammit. We're paying you to be successful.
