Yes but they are always coming up with updates to those drivers right?? Then where do you get those? The manufacturers website right?? My Red Hat 7.3 detected my ATI card fine but its always good to update to the latest version. I use windows mostly so dont even bother with the linux stabs.

More like the sucky artists and music thats out now is whats hurting the record companies. Did they ever stop to think that maybe sales went down because they've been signing so many one hit wonders and people only want that one song out of the other 12 carbon copies of every other band's songs out there.
Just like Island Records. They have been only signing bands like Scum 41, American Hi-Fi and Saliva while leaving there good bands in the cold for no reason. They just stopped letting Primer 55 do anything but wouldnt drop them from the label even though they repeatedly asked for them too. Instead they put together tours out of their own pockets and had a blast doing it.
Having a record label doesnt really help much unless you want to be a pop hungry carbon copy of creed or nickelback (which just about every new band is sounding like).
I agree with the previous post in regards to your shows. You HAVE to do something to grab peoples attention. I have seen so many bands in the past few years that were very good and very talentd but they just stood there and didnt excite the crowd at all. That is the most important thing in my opinion.
I wonder if this book was ever reviewed before??? Its strange to think that more than one person would want to review the same book. Theres gotta be patent laws against that or something. Right?

I can sort of see the point of regional encoding for dvds that are available worldwide. But what about the ones only available in a certain region. For instance, the Family Guy Seson 1 dvd came out in the UK and only the UK. How am I supposed to get my Family Guy Fix when the US cancelled it and has no plans for making a Dvd??
I get spam in my edu account but not that much. I only used it for a couple resume posting sites and maybe a couple other things. Oh yeah and its up on a personal site. I'm sure I would get more if I used it more often. We have spam assasin installed but I havaent tweeked mine so I still get all the spam but it has ******************SPAM*************** in the title so I cant miss it.
I admit he does a lot of good things but its mostly because he legally has to and doesnt give much more than the law requires. (At least he used to. I havent kept up on that recently). Even though it is a considerable amount of money, I'm not complaining about it, just mentioning it.
This is why these boards are here. I have stated my opinion and at the same time learned some new things and taken some of all your opinions into account. I was merely just ranting and look what this turned into. People need these sorts of things in order to grow. I enjoy hearing other peoples opinions and criticisms of what I do.I admit, I am still young and maybe when I'm out of school and done with co-op my opinions will change. We'll see. I'm finished with this thread and feel that it has served its purpose.
and like I said. Its my opinion and I understand that. It doesnt make me think I'm smarter than anyone. I know people dont agree with me and I'm fine with that. They have their own opinions and I respect them
Your right. Its because I'm in school and only work when I'm off so I can get just enough money to last until my next job. I'm not greedy and try to consume as much money as possible. I live on what I need to get by. College takes a lot out of you. (By the way, the computer was a gift that I got 3 years ago)
