Well yeah but if you are going to do that you need to do it right. I envision two sets of thousands of grippy legs (made out of rubber or something) mounted in a circular pattern on each side of the chair sharing a single motor.

By rotating this circle each leg would be able to grip onto the floor and help the engine propel you in the direction you want to go in.

I kind of like the concept of UAC. I mean the messages are so annoying that hopefully developers will start to avoid getting them pop up.

Hopefully this will cause applications to stay the hell out of the Windows directory, the registry and wherever else they seem to think would be a good place to sprinkle data randomly. I pine for the days of being able to uninstall a program fully from my system by deleting its folder. Or being able to simply copy a configuration file from one computer to the next and having all my settings preserved.

Perhaps I'm forgetting how bad that system was in the DOS days, and I'd welcome people reminding me, but it is looking pretty good at the moment.

First you get the names of every table in the old database

Then you create these tables in the new one. Just so there are no problems with data types you should probably just make every field varchar(100) in the new one.

Then you fire up MS Access, the older the better. I try to stick to Access 95.

Then you create two ODBC links, one to your old one and one to the new one.

Then you use the linked table manager to link each table to ms access.

Then you open both the new table and the old table and select all, copy and paste the data into the new table.

It's so simple even a child could do it!

    1. Shorter battery life.
    Thats true

    2. Load times
Yeah they are a bit slower then carts, it totally depends on the game though and is totally negated if you are booting games off a memory stick.

    3. Dead pixel fiasco
My DS has a dead pixel too.

    4. Really limited games (no legacy library to pull from)
Perhaps officially yes, but it is possible to convert ps1 games to psp

    5. Big shiny screen, totally exposed for the scratching when put in a bag
This comes down to common sense, I keep mine in a little felt bag.

    6. Costs more than a DS
    It does more.

    7. No homebrew, or not as well supported as GBA/DS homebrew
That's completely false Here is a database of PSP homebrew. Also this homebrew all works without DLDI patches and works with every flash card you put into the PSP. The DS scene is quite a bit different.

    8. Lack of insight to use Pro memory stick slot for games [e.g. no need to spin up UMD], etc...
Officially yes, but with custom firmware though it is very simple to boot games from memory stick. I have both systems and I love them both, but the PSP is way more hacker friendly then the DS. Game wise I'd say they were about equal, with maybe 10 games on each system that are real gems.
