I find it amazes the mind that every time one party does something to get ahead. People bring attention to it, but fail to notice the underlying fundamental that both partys (and to the lesser extent - the third parties) all do tactics like this - its like chess.
An assasination attempt against palin wouldn't surprise me a bit, because it would probably the be party she's aligned with that took out the hit! She's like a pit bull - loved by some, but realized that in the end by most, its just not a good idea to go that way.
what's google doing building a huge facility in Pryor Oklahoma?
So they will have 3 huge facilities soon... West coast, east coast (Manhattan) and midwest... Maybe apple has paid for some lessons...
One final special case to be aware of are the four intersections that were colored yellow on the simplified maze diagram. These specific intersections have an extra restriction — ghosts can not choose to turn upwards from these tiles. If entering them from the right or left side they will always proceed out the opposite side (excepting a forced direction-reversal). Note that this restriction does not apply to Frightened mode, and Frightened ghosts may turn upwards here if that decision occurs randomly. A ghost entering these tiles from the top can also reverse direction back out the top if a mode switch occurs as they are entering the tile, the restriction is only applied during “regular” decision-making. If Pac-Man is being pursued closely by ghosts, he can gain some ground on them by making an upwards turn in one of these intersections, since they will be forced to take a longer route around.
No - i'm sorry - we're still all Tee-Pee's and we have been using smoke signals in binary for quite a while... Have you not heard of the TeeSeePee-ISeeSmoke protocol?
Exactly as it was, right before Carmack released the source code.
But why can't people just be original and come out with something. Want a plot? Here we go. Set in the pre-modern days around the 1920's max, we have a gunslinger who also is very technical and as you go through the game finding parts you can put weapons together. At the end of it is an annoying large turtle who tells you the princess is in another castle. See, was that so hard?
Well... the moon and every other planet we've looked at has tons of these "sinkholes." That being said, yes, I am taking into account the atmosphere of earth, and how it will burn most galactic debris up, however, without any closer pictures or... really anything more than what is given to us... how is an intelligent discussion around this thing supposed to form?
I refuse to take sides on a political debate, but just because someone is a big figure in politics doesn't mean they should get special treatment. I guess that's why they have their lobbyist groups though.
I often wonder if the politicians have forgotten their place... Don't they remember they are all on the same side; just calling each other different names, and pandering pro-life, pro-choice, etc, etc to their constituents to give us the illusion that we have a choice?
And as far as the economy improving... You have to be pretty obtuse to overlook the fact that it started to fail around 2002 and the "war" was the only thing keeping major companies afloat. Now that we've calmed down a bit, the middle class has eroded even more, widening the gap between the aristocrats and surfs. Think you're not a surf? Aristocrats don't have need to read slashdot. Sorry all.
In the end, they will be able to claim "If there were bugs, we paid you to find them, and you did... Lots of them. And because of that our browser is the best."
Am I the only one that remembers the episode where Sagan talks about this? You can apply all the stats and variables to this, but you can only get a general idea... We (in our lives) will probably never get to anywhere near 1% accuracy of how many habitable planets are out there. Its all theory.
Its not about what is dominating right now... its what new product comes out that the masses buy.
I hate to use ESX as an example, but its hard to say "no" to a VM farm. Skewed analogy, but if you have those brain cells rubbing together yet (I don't - stupid decaf) then you'll get my drift.

the cry of netflix users is hear. I would hate to see disney policy in ANY way change netflix one bit.
I'm sure Apple has already put a patent on this "technology."
What's that thing called.... Ummm... The scientific madness?
... which are very distinguishable down to the DNA level - if of course of you have that kind of microscope - which NASA does...

Well... at least for those who need to cover up their tracks.

Well that depends who's in office... If its the president I don't like, then... sure! Heh - just kidding.

How about 28 days later? Oh please... someone find a way to mod this as "lame."
Never said I used chrome - just saying what google will say down the road. ;)
In the end, they will be able to claim "If there were bugs, we paid you to find them, and you did... Lots of them. And because of that our browser is the best."
Just wait for it.

I was going to put that in there, but I figured I would let someone else be the smart arse
