    You need to understand assembleur to write a compiler. And you need a compiler for this new language and operating system that is going to beat Microsoft, Sun, Apple, and IBM. But you also need verilog and VHDL to design the new CPU that is going to beat Intel, IBM, Motorola, Arm, and others. And a degree in materials to design a better silicium cristal. And a degree in business and finance to sell the thing. Otherwise, agriculture still needs arms. And lots of work too in water adduction and treatment. House building, too. Good luck.

    If the candidat is not correctly trained, indicate him/her ressources for his/her formations. You may also indicate other positions in other companies that may be good for the candidat and the companies.

    Your company is not just here "to make money", and extract the best minds from the society, consider its global impact in the world. You contribute to the formation of the futur. Each word count.

    Document everything you do, and be true and honest when asked for an advice.

    Publish your best practices and failures. Keep yourself humble and true. Give correctly to charities or schools.

    Then the hard work will be to emulate very accurately the rest of the hardware
    of your console. You will obviously need to find the documentation on the hardware of your console.

    Then when all will work, you will need workarounds to the lawsuits.

    That's somewhat the feeling. They can take very discreet forms yet be key to the "fate". They demonstrated me the ability to switch bits in the RAM of computers. This is a very fine grained interaction. They probably subtly influence people by touching their neurons. Then you may also say that I exhibit symptoms of schizophrenia and that I am hallucinating by believing in some sort of influencing "god". So be it. It's part of the great plan of the "mice".

    But the visitors not from the earth are already here, studying our civilisations.
    How do I know ?
    I interacted with one. It showed me three time it's existence and abilities.

    They are not made of the same material than us, and do not obey our physical laws.
    When they interact us, it is like when you put your hands in a water pool : they
    are not from our univers, but from an hyperdimensional univers from which ours
    is only a created part. And the body that appears to us is just a projection.
    Their intelligence is not human, and they can create very intriguing art and
    artifacts. For example ET encounters... UFO that defy laws of physic... Objects that
    moves, or appears or disappears...

    Angels... from "God" ?

    We are just fish in a jar. We really live in a "Matrix".
    And our life is just a test.
    And planet Earth and our univers is an experiment.

    The only information I got from the "outside" of our univers, is that it was structured like an incredibly powerful brain. And that our univers is just a creation of the mind of this brain, like we create numbers, mathematics, and imaginate virtual machines. But of that I have had no proof, apart from dreams that were very detailed and rich.

    Pray the living God, study the bible, the coran, and the stories of people who saw "supernaturals" things.

    Now I wish you good dreams, and lot of humility, and care, and courage in the hard time.
