    Sorry about the flames... it's your POV, for crying out loud!

    anyway... be flexible, sometimes a few extra bucks are worth it. and don't forget inflation :) each year add a little to that minimum.
    I do agree about spending only what we have... too many people forget about the important things in life.

    oh, and be thankfull that you live in a country where technology is cheaper than anywhere else!!!

    Here in Portugal we have an asshole who used to be the director of a newspaper and criticized every other politician... Now he's the minister of defence, and there is a possibility of him being involved in a scam involving laundring money from a university. And the asshole hasn't the dignancy to resign, he even says that those who sugest it are creating instability!

    WTF?!?

    I'm buying the first ticket to Mars, definitly!

    What's with all this right wing fascist crap that everyone tolerates?!? Does everyone like Hitler now, is that it?

    I knew x86 and Z80 Assembly (basics...) and C and i saw no meaning for learning either Scheme or MIPS assembly.

    Now i kind of see it. I'm sorry i forgot all about scheme... maybe it has to do with starting to use EMACS... :p

    it is a directory, and yet it isn't pshysical :) any data sent to it will dissapear, so if you move a file (a spam mail) it will go away for ever

    Even better is EAC, or Exact Audio Copy. Alongside LAME [mp3dev.org]

    I vouch for these! Lame encoding is the next logical step in encoding MP3. It encodes it with a variable bitrate, so that you get better quality in the parts that need it. It's really a shame that there aren't many out there...

    As for the other options, can't say anything...

    Then again... that's what Hotmail is for, right? They even have a nice protection now that i can turn on so i get only mails from a certified list... Which is empty, because who the hell trusts them anyway? :)
